I do like Culver's a lot because they are one of the very few places that I can get real honest true cheese curds. I would have given a five star rating but unfortunately there was a bit of a problem. I had contacted the corporate office asking them if they still offer Wisconsin cheese soup through the corporate stores and franchise stores. The reply to me was yes they do, and that made me really excited to be going because I have not been to Culver's since the middle of last year. Upon arriving at St Petersburg oh, Florida location. I locked in happy and unfortunately walked out a bit disappointed. First problem when I asked for a bowl of Wisconsin cheese soup. I was informed that Culver's no longer carries Wisconsin cheese soup( my heart literally sunk) . After placing my order and my friends order( which they gave me their own money to pay for their order). 5 to 7 minutes later I was told that everything was ready to go. I carried the drink tray out first and then carried out the bag of food. I arrived at my friends for the game night and sharing of a meal, and then the second disappointing situation happened. Upon handing out the food and the drinks my friend asked me where the concrete mixer was( I thought to myself then I had forgot to order it but when looking on the receipt it was on the receipt) . So I was like well there's the other bag maybe they put it in my bag and unfortunately did not receive the concrete mixer at all. I did at that point call the Culver's location I went to and turned out that the person who took my order was the one that received my call and at that time I did not have the opportunity to go back there and get the mixer. The employee gave me his name and told me that the next time I was in that area near the Culver's to take my receipt with me advise him of what happened and tell him his name and that he said I could get the mixer made for me at that time. The only problem is I don't know when I will have the opportunity again to get to that location. I work as a security officer in right now thanks to covid-19 my schedule is a bit crazy and honestly speaking it might B two weeks or a month before I get the opportunity to go back by that location. My understanding was that even though there are several different Culver's locations each one is responsible to take care of their own mistakes which I can respect that. But since I ended up having to pay for the whole order on my card I can't just give my friend the receipt so she could go get her mixer. Again I really do like Culver's and I would have given them a 5-star rating if it was not for this issue. But I do greatly appreciate the honesty of the employee and the willingness to do what is necessary to solve the situation. Security officer...

The girl up front got our whole order wrong it was bad . then i had reorder 3 things when the girl came out to table i told her just keep the food i dont want it . i want a refund. I can’t bring myself to go back, customer service is #1 for me and Culver’s clearly doesn’t want to be bothered with it. Very unfortunate.
It’s a shame that I have to write this, but I experienced one of the worst experiences at your 4th street location this past Saturday 5/3. I order curbside through the Culvers app, at least once or twice a week. You do not offer loyalty points/discounts by ordering this way, the benefit is not having to wait in the long drive thru line. I ordered as normal on the app on Saturday. My pick-up time was 1:00 PM. I arrived early at 12:55 pm. I received confirmation that my order would be out shortly. My mom called me shortly after this, as she had to put her dog down last week and was very emotional. I felt like it had been some time, looked at my watch at 1:15 and still no order. 1:21 pm comes around, I have to end my call with my distraught mother to call the store and ask them about my order. A man answers the phone; he tells me he remembers the name but not the order and he was going to see what happened. He then says he's going to have my order right out to me.
