I'll say this - Krispy Kreme generally makes a great product, has reasonable deals and this location normally would have been rated one of the best in the bay. However, my husband was craving some Krispy Kreme and originally I looked to have them delivered, but online ordering didn't allow for individual picking in an assorted box of a dozen. So, we went in-store to pick up some treats for a much needed cheat day. When we got there, they had 6 varieties of donuts to sell. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice about it and I have to say the staff there have always been really personable. That said, it burned me up. We live in an age of information where they could have updated this fact anywhere. Apparently, a couple machines had been down for almost 2 weeks now making them only able to squeeze out these few options - and they weren't the options we were looking for. The fact that they couldn't be bothered to put an update on their Google Maps business listing, their social media, website or ANYWHERE is UNACCEPTABLE. I wasted my time, gas and I didn't get to surprise my hubby in the process. I'm realistic in understanding things happen, but you don't allow your customers to continue to blindly drop by only to be hit one after the other with the bad news and disappointment. It's not even like there is an alternative in the area because the next Krispy Kreme is in Tampa over the bridge. We had to take our business elsewhere and honestly, after the lack of communication on their part, it's going to be a long time before I bother to pay them a visit again in the future.

We made a quick stop at Krispy Kreme for a little pre-dinner indulgence—a nostalgic treat that brought back a lot of childhood memories. Growing up, Krispy Kreme doughnuts were a hot commodity, something we always looked forward to when we could get our hands on them. Now that I live in the Midwest, finding a Krispy Kreme nearby is a rare treat, which might actually be a blessing in disguise—I do try to be mindful of what I eat these days! 😂 We went in the late afternoon for a snack, and while the doughnuts didn’t blow me away, they definitely scratched the itch for something sweet and familiar. The classic Original Glazed is still the standout—it’s just hard to beat that warm, airy texture and perfectly sweet glaze. It’s the kind of doughnut that reminds you why Krispy Kreme became such a phenomenon in the first place. Beyond the Original Glazed, the other flavors we tried were decent, though none quite reached the same level of crave-worthiness. If I had to choose a runner-up, the Birthday Cake doughnut would take second place. It was fun, sweet, and festive, though maybe a bit too sugary for my taste after a couple of bites. All in all, it was a pleasant stop for a little nostalgia and a sugar fix. Not something I’d go out of my way for regularly, but definitely worth the occasional detour when you're in the mood for a classic treat

I ordered a dozen glazed donuts online through the app and pick them up a little after 11:00 a.m. this morning. Worst donuts I've ever had anywhere. They were wet and soggy right out of the box. Probably were made for the breakfast crowd at 6:00 a.m.. only one car in the drive-thru line and itoke 5 minutes just to get to the window to pick them up because the employee was chatting with the driver of the versus moving her along. When I got to the window, she said to me... Are you only getting a dozen glaze donuts? I said yes. She handed them to me. Didn't say thank you or any comment and I drove home to to find the wet donuts. 10 of the donuts wound up in the dog's dishes. $14.29 for 12 plain glazed donuts is absurd enough as it is but to not be able to eat them because the employees are not making them. Fresh is absurd. I should have gone back and asked for my money back but I didn't feel like going another 16 mi round trip for that. Employees need to learn better customer service and the donuts were horrific. Why is this only a drive-thru location to start with? Growing up and going to Krispy Kreme donuts. I always went inside and was surprised when I went to the door and it said go to the drive-thru on a sign. It would be nice if someone like a manager would contact me and issue me a refund. These were not fresh and were simply awful.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local Krispy Kreme Doughnut shop, and I can't contain my excitement about the incredible experience I had. Let me start by saying that their customer service is top-notch, and their attention to detail is truly commendable.

To my delightful surprise, I received a birthday email from Krispy Kreme, offering me a dozen of their famous glazed doughnuts. With anticipation building up, I headed to the store, and luck was on my side as I arrived just when the "Hot Now" sign was glowing brightly. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a memorable doughnut indulgence!

The moment I picked up that hot, fresh glazed doughnut, I knew I was in for a treat. The delicate, warm exterior felt so heavenly, gently melting in my fingers as I held it. But it was the first bite that truly blew me away. The doughnut practically dissolved in my mouth, leaving behind a burst of sugary goodness that was pure bliss.

The texture of these hot glazed doughnuts is on a whole different level compared to their store-bought counterparts. The fresh, hot glaze creates an enchanting mouthfeel that is unmatched. Unlike ordinary doughnuts, there is no need to chew these delicate creations; they effortlessly melt and disintegrate, leaving you craving for more.

The sheer joy of experiencing a hot glazed doughnut from Krispy Kreme is something that every doughnut enthusiast should indulge in. The combination of the warm, delectable glaze and the pillowy softness of the doughnut is a match made in doughnut heaven. It's a flavor and texture sensation that cannot be adequately described - it must be savored firsthand.

I highly recommend visiting Krispy Kreme when the "Hot Now" light is on to experience this extraordinary delight for yourself. The melt-in-your-mouth pleasure of their hot glazed doughnuts will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the art of doughnut making. Don't miss out on this unparalleled treat that has the power to turn any day into a celebration!

Thank you, Krispy Kreme, for creating such an unforgettable doughnut experience. You have set the bar high, and I cannot wait for my next visit to indulge in the magic of your hot glazed...
