In my ears of going to Taco Bell across the United States. I have yet to truly have a bad experience and that must be due to the fact. That I had worked for a Taco Bell for a bit of time back in Cheyenne, Wyoming and was able to learn some of the intricate workings of the fast food industry. In fact it was the first fast food company I ever worked for and those were also the golden days that I call it. Because the business is out there we're not afraid to be known by their full names and then this odd move goes to where businesses decide to shorten their names and some of those that shorten their names also shorten their quality in both food and the service. I am very pleased to say that again I have not experienced any of those bad markings from my different stops at a Taco Bell. I'm also very happy that Taco Bell has not changed their name. The company is realized that changing their name would have adverse effects. I only gave the four stars on the service and atmosphere because for all businesses no matter where we work. Those are two areas that we always have room for improvement and growth if not we'd all be robots. My experience that day was a very very pleasant one if not one of the best experiences I've had at Taco Bell and the employee kept me giggling through the whole order time. I could tell that she truly did enjoy showing good customer service and that says a ton about her ethics and her personality. I encourage everybody to go to talk about if you have not so you two can experience what honest homegrown customer service is all about. I would even challenge you to work at a Taco Bell for a year or so like I did the experience is well worth it. To Taco Bell company as a whole I tip my hat off to you in full appreciation and give you all the thanks from my heart for being such an awesome company!! This security officer has never left Taco Bell with an unsatified tummy in fact I'm usually feeling full before I get halfway through my order and that says a lot! Again thank...
Read moreA friend and I went to get tacos and the tomatoes in the chalupa were sour and tasted rotten. When we went to return the food, the employees tried to give us a replacement. Understandably, after eating bad tomatoes, we didn't want new food. We just wanted our money back. They said they could not give out refunds. A cashier named Victoria then argued with us that she eats the food all the time and their was nothing wrong with it. Another cashier then told us to leave because we were holding up the line and closed the window in our faces. When we got home, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager who I believe was named Sarah. I calmly reexplained what happened. She interrupted me, saying only the general manager could give a refund. I politely told her I understood and asked when he would be in. She gave me the day, but then quickly added on that the tomatoes weren't rotten. I didn't argue back. I simply said they tasted sour and perhaps something got mixed in with them. After I hung up, I realized I forgot to ask what time on the specific day that they general manager would be in, so my friend called to ask. She begrudgingly told him the time and then before hanging up, said "piss off" thinking that my friend had already hung up.
We tried to be as polite as possible and we were still treated horribly and basically told we were lying about the food tasting bad. I understand that maybe replacing the food is all they can do, but no one wants to eat something else from a place after being given...
Read moreI selected 1 star just to be able to write a review, but honestly there should be a negative review count for this location. I just ordered, received food in my car. I paid with my bank card (in good condition, strip works everywhere & no chip issues either). Cashier just kept swiping my card repeatedly. Then shd said the machine couldn't read it. I asked if she could enter it manually as I didn't have cash on me. She said "I don't know how". I said, "Can you ask someone?" She yelled out a name, but no one came. I wait a few minutes as she continues to just swipe my card. At this point, I'm getting over the whole experience & food is getting cold. I hand food back, and this is when I hear her say "nevermind" as she is taking my food back. I look at her and say, "Now you're not even going to ask him now that he is here?" Her reply, "Well he was outside smoking". Not even sure how that was a response to my question. I just drove off. ZERO customer service. I'm a GM of a fast food restaurant and I'd be ashame if this were my store. The cashier is female with blue hair. If any Mgr reads this, please train her on manual...
