I ordered a Tastemaker 3 topping pizza. I was going to add an order of the chicken wings but I thought the price was too high at $1.00 per wing. I picked up my order within the 10-20 minute window without any problems. They weren't busy at all. While there, I expressed my concern regarding the price of the wings and asked if the price was high to the covid crisis, dealing with the block chain issue with other products in the world. I was looking at a deer staring into headlights. Normally they open the pizza box to verify the right pie, but you now have a seal on the box. I'm assuming for covid reasons. I brought the pie home only to find out it was cut into squares instead the traditional wedge. I can not express how much I HATE square cut pizza! I called the number on the receipt and explained my concern. He asked if the pizza tasted alright. I told him I didn't touch it. He agreed it was cut wrong. He said there is no difference between the two pies. I advised him, yes there is, the ends are tiny wedges mostly crust with no toppings and the middle are greasy wet pieces you have to pick up by hand and get you hands all greasy! He agreed there is a difference but said the ingredients should be fine. He did not offer any options- no discount, no coupon of any kind towards my next purchase, no offer the have them remake the pie (this one pie should effect your bottom line). I asked him if there is anything he could do. He said sorry no! Wow. Domino's Pizza is about one mile away on the same street. May be a better alternative. Long story short, on 3/25/2022 I ordered a pizza and was quoted 40 minutes. After an hour and a half, I checked the ETA and was told they were down a driver and given an apology. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and rubbery. On top of that, I was late for work waiting for the delivery. I called back and spoke with the manager Jack. He assured me that I would have a credit on my account and even "a little something extra, like a brownie".
On 3/29/2022, I called to redeem my credit and was told that I can only have credit for a cookie. I NEVER ORDERED A COOKIE. I asked to speak to Jack and was told by the employee that Jack said "he doesn't have time to talk to me. He is busy creating schedules and getting ready for a meeting tomorrow". At this point, I was furious with this entire situation. I politely informed the employee that it is fine and I will call corporate. Five minutes later, JACK CALLS ME BACK with a threatening tone. He told me "he doesn't take lightly to threats". I informed him that I was not threatening, but actually calling corporate. He then yells at me and tells me to NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM HIS STORE AGAIN.
At this point, I could tell that he was triggered. I asked him if was a part of his job description(not like he would call back to make it right..) and then bid him a good evening.
I have already filed my complaint with corporate. If you are reading this JACKY JACK, please be blessed sir and know that life is much bigger than being a lousy manager of a Pizza Hut. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT...

The ‘manager’ who REFUSED to give me his name tried to scam me with a jacked up computer system paid $3 in cash and $19.86 off of my debit card. and that’s AFTER I stood there for 15 minutes while he played on his cellphone before he decided to go tot he counter to ‘assist’ me. The ‘manager’ chased me in the parking lot! Trying to say I only paid $16.55 which is a lie! I showed him my pending transaction and he literally got aggressively rude and said ‘well your system ain’t working cuz you didn’t pay that’ EVEN THOUGH I showed him the freaking transaction! I had my young son with me, who not only became upset with the supposed manager YELLING at me, but also the fact that the person was going to take our food away that I PAID FOR with the LAST OF MY MONEY! I was just trying to feed my kids that’s it. And now I’m literally shaking and afraid to even go back to that restaurant. I don’t recommend this location and I sincerely hope he gets some coaching on his behavior.
