Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

I am only giving this two stars due to the food being hot and delicious. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with hash browns on the side. Yummy. The reason this isn't five stars is due to many device issues and app overlooks. It all started when I put my order in online for curbside through the app. I was unable to use my birthday reward; or any reward for that matter. You can't apply them and they don't automatically apply. This is a huge issue in my opinion. The second issue happened at the store; I pulled up for curbside (15 minutes after ordering as the app stated that's how long it would take for my order to be ready). I sat in my car curbside for nearly ten minutes before calling the number provided (it stated call of order not out in three minutes). Why did I wait so long? Well it took me calling four times; no one ever did answer when I pushed three to speak to an associate. An associate finally came out to my passenger side door, I rolled down my window and she proceeded to THROW my bag of food in and walk away after rudely asking "name!!!". The bag hit the floor of my passenger side. I have never been treated so poorly by any employee anywhere. This saddens me as we come here often for bagels and it appears that I will have to find a new...

I don't mind waiting, there were severalpeople ahead of me... so you will wait. I ordered a 1/2 box of bagels and then sat down to of course to wait. But when someone got their order before me I went to the counter and said he got his order before me and you just have to put 6 bagels in a bag.

Well this nasty employee said I don't know what your talking about, we are going in order, I don't know what your seeing. Not to make a scene I stayed quite. Then she shoves my bagels in a bag, drops it on the counter as to damage them, I know you can't but she's just trying to be rude and sarcastically says have a great day.

I said no now I want a refund. Then she charges me for a second order and I leave. Now my transaction was done on card and I don't see refund on the receipt. So I pull up my bank account and she charged me twice. So now I go in to say listen you charged me twice.

Now this was a second woman and she apologized for everything and refunded...

Great place breakfast or lunch would be nice if they kept up on there stock they seem to be out of everything we want when we go but definitely the greatest coffee in the world I was never really a coffee drinker but they turned me into one because it is so good. Great spot for a morning brief for work or a quick bite for lunch on short time. Fast turn around on orders and accurate service. Great creations of bagel sandwiches. I just wish they would keep in their blueberry bagels there so yummy my favorite one for sure but the last 5 times I've gone in I've literally missed it by mins the last time the person in front of me got it I was heart broken but they have so many good ones it's alright anyways.
