Angry Dumpling — Restaurant in Salem

My significant other had heard of this place opening on social media last week and so we decided to swing by and give them a try.

We ordered a 5pc Pork, 5pc Beef and then the daily special which was Spam Fried Rice. The prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get. Wait time was about 10 minutes which also wasn't bad; service was also welcoming/warm.

We took the food home (about a 5 minute drive), and the food held up really well. Dumplings smelled great and tasted fantastic, especially with the included hot sauce that was provided. These dumplings are a sleeper hit and truthfully we hope that Angry Dumpling gets more attention! We'd love to see better hours of operation, but that comes with exposure and time.

Definitely if you like dumplings and you're in Salem, you have to go try...

Had both beef & pork dumplings. Tasty fillings. Unimaginative else wise. Dumplings piled in a box & stuck together. (It’s a lone truck. No places to eat on site.). Provided with 1 soy sauce pack & some sriricha sauce. Inexpensive but uninspired, unfulfilling. Need better effort on packing / presentation & especially the sauce. Who eats dumplings with a plastic fork?! ...

Food wasn't what I expected with being extremely small selection but everything tasted good. One of the dumpling flavors wasn't that great but couldn't tell you which one and different dipping sauces would be good also. Good value for the price, I hope they get more selections in the future....
