Have been here a few times for their lunch/dinner selections - spoiler, their Carne Asada is AMAZING! .. but the fact that we hadn't wrote a review before for Monarca is on us sonwe decided to write one on their breakfast selections!
We got one of their bacon burrito and a chorizo burrito, and got extra potatoes in each one which was an extra $.50 per burrito. These are their smalls - for $5.50 ($6 with potatoes) it was the size of a large burrito everywhere else which was crazy to us! The chorizo was well seasoned and tasty but the bacon burrito was hands down one of the best breakfast burritos we've ever had. The bacon was firm but soft and mashed with the entire burrito - it just sang in your mouth.
Hands down would recommend Monarca for a quick bite - breakfast OR lunch! Give them a try, they'll change the way you think about quick Mexican...
