Speaking to the owner you should fire your a assistant manager and drove through your drive-thru they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have carbonation for their Cokes so I asked for a discount instead of saying you can get just a burger and fries and that'll be cheaper they were snappy and said there are no discounts and didn't offer the other I order two number ones I get to the drive-thru window and they only had one order ready and only showed one order I ordered further got snappy with I recorded the whole event got my food and the manager was working on the burger line and they oozed my burgers with nothing but juice ruining my food walked in wanting refund they refused so they ended up wearing your food these two have no business managing your store I doubt they would be able to manage the line in prison I will be getting ahold of you I'm going to look your store up at the chamber of commerce and find out who owns it and...

This was surprisingly good. I hadn't been to a Carl's Jr. in years because I usually choose other burger places, but this time I wanted something different than I usually get. I walked in rather than hitting the drive thru. Although I didn't pay much attention to the inside of the dinning area I did note that it seemed clean. When I order, the cashier was polite and efficient as was the runner who delivered my food. I ordered the 1/3 thick burger meal. It was really good, thick and juicy. The lettuce was crisp and had a that crunch of fresh vegetables. I ordered without tomato or onion and was pleased to find that they got my order correct. I also exchanged my fries for the fried zucchini, which I was so happy to see on the menu, as I'm not a big fan of fries. Not only did the boy at the drive thru sound absolutely miserable and like it was the last place he wanted to be, and didn't initially get my order right when he took it, but after I got home and realized I was missing an order of fries I turned around and went in to let them know and grab the fries I ordered ~ the first individual I spoke to asked the one who took my order to please give me a medium fry, but then the one who didn't put them in the bag in the first place wanted to argue with me and ask if I was sure ( I don't think I'd turn around after getting home to lie about some fries?) And then asked to see the receipt he didn't give me in the first place.
