I have been here several times before but my most recent experience was bad enough I probably won't be back.
My family came in for dinner last night, we are a group of 2 teenagers, my husband and me. It wasn't very busy, maybe 6 other people max.
We seated ourselves at the bar. After our waitess, Lauren Grace, took our drink order she went to grab them while we looked over the menu. When she came back she dumped an entire glass of ice water down my husbands back. He was surprised, but not angry and she was very apologetic. After the understandable, "oh no!" moment I expected her to bring him towels or something to dry off, but first she brought the rest of the drink order. When she finally came back with towels he only got 2 small cleaning towels, but to her credit she did switch out his chair and kind of mopped up the floor. She ignored us the rest of the time we were there. She didnt offer to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything. It was also disappointing that when we asked for sauces we only got one small tray to split between 4 people sitting at the bar.
The food was good, and the sushi on the conveyor was fresh. The rolls we ordered came out pretty quickly. When we finished eating we sat there for a while until I had to go find her. She was up front talking to her coworker the whole time, and he ended up counting our plates and checking us out. Weended up spending about $100, which is pretty normal. When we were paying, she kept making comments about how she was so happy she spilled water on someone nice and was so glad he didn't get mad. It was such a weird experience. It was frustrating that we still felt pressured to give them a tip after everything.

The young pretty waitress was difficult to talk with. Didn't seem to care if she was there or not. Not informative, not very helpful. A pain to communicate with. Like talking to a braty teenager. Bad people skills. We asked how many potstickers came per plate she said 3. We asked for 2. She wanted us to know they only came 3 per plate. We had to let her know that we understood and are going to need 2 plates. Now that they arrived at the table, we asked if they had sauce for the potstickers. She told yes. We said that we would like some. She asked us which one. So, now we had to ask, what are the choices. She told us. We selected. She had to go get the sauce and let us use it and then take it back with attitude. It was obvious to me, at time she knew we were interested in the potstickers she could have told us about the sauces. We could have had our choice on the food when served like it should have been. Very backwards way of communicating. We had other complaints with this waitress also. At one point I called the older employee over to ask if she reads the comments guests leave. She said the manager does. It was 6 days ago and I don't remember everything that went on. Overall, I feel like it was our worst visit yet. Read moreHorrible customer service. I was dealing with either the manager or the owner because she is always there. I had placed a to go order for pickup and when I got there they had all of the rolls in one box. I asked if they could split it into two boxes. She crammed the rolls into a container that is not a Togo box for sushi, more like something that you’d put the ginger or wasabi in. When she gave me my bag I double checked it before I left and all I saw was one box and that odd container. I thought that it had the wasabi in it so I asked her where the other sushi rolls went and she seemed to be offended and started yelling at me saying everything is in the bag. I opened the container found they were in there and apologized for it and she was still yelling at me about it. Rude and horrible customer service. I usually come here all the time without a problem but after being yelled at and treated like this I’m done.
