This is by far the WORST subway I have been in. In 6 different STATES, in multiple parts of the states. The manager was extremely rude and asked us to leave because we asked her to change EMINEM's superman, off the radio. My children dont need to hear anyone talking about slapping ho's. First she said yeah, then all the sudden we needed to wait and that she couldn't change it but she could turn it down. Ok. Then, while my husband, young children and I were talking about the music between the 4 of us, she flat out said if we didnt like it we could leave. Which says to me, she didnt even care. She was extremely rude about it. 2 other workers that were in the back but, couldnt take over the line so she can take care of it? When I worked at subway, it was an automatic "no problem" and we NEVER played eminem. Even during rush hour, with a line out the door. I have no issues with eminem, I love him, but not in a public place. This is HIGHLY inappropriate. This was the MANAGER saying this to us. Then when asked for the owners number, she refused. She's obviously power hungry and really, should be replaced as a manager. If yall werent so far away, I'd offer to train her and show her how to treat customers. Read moreOrdered online and waited outside for curbside pickup. An employee brought my order to my car and I left. When I got home and opened the bag, neither of my 2 sandwiches was correct. Both sandwiches should have had greens and they should have been hot. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager and was told the manager was working the line. I explained my situation to the employee who told me they were out of spinach and lettuce and the grill was broken and wasn't very helpful. When I asked for the manager again the person handed them the phone and told them that "they tried." I explained again and the manager told me they were putting notes in bags. I didn't get a note and the employee that handed me the bag said nothing. The manager said I had to bring the sandwiches back for them to do anything. I explained that was not possible. I asked if there was someone above the manager I could speak with and was told if I gave them my name and number someone would call me. It's been over a week and no one has called. Read moreI ordered a BLT sandwich for lunch. On my computer it had nothing on the screen about ordering vegi's, condiments or anything else. In the comment line, as asked to add avocado, as I know there will be an additional charge.
Mind you, I have only 30 minutes for lunch. So I drive to Subway to pick up my sandwich and brought it back to my office with 13 minutes to spare.
I open my BLT add avocado and all that was on the sandwich was Bacon & Avocado. Where is the L & T???????? So I call the store and asked them why lettuce and tomato wasn't on my sandwich? I was told that I needed to choose it from the vegi list. I didn't see a vegi list. If someone orders a BLT, wouldn't you make the sandwich as it is on the flyer? I'm surprised I didn't get just bread and avocado. an offer was made to me to bring back my sandwich and they'd make me a new one, but I explained that there was no way I could, since I couldn't make it there and back in time.
