Let’s just start with saying I ALWAYS order from here ON THE APP! So like always I did so today, my order was in quantity check from 4:25pm till about 5:00pm. Figured maybe they just didn’t update the app which was fine. At 5:10 I started getting frustrated as to why I haven’t received my pizza. Looked at the tracker and it showed delivered. I waited a few minutes as it’s said delivered before but took them an extra minute or two to actually get to my house/door. After 10 minutes of waiting I tried to call 7 times. Finally on the 8th time I got to speak to someone and not a robot. During this time I got an email saying my order was cancelled. The lady I spoke to told me they tried to call me 10 times with no answer which was not true. I never got a call. She then told me the house number wasn’t on my order which again, I order the same way everytime and I double checked it was there. I told her I’d come down and we can sort it out but at this point I want my pizza remade. She was willing to remake it but was blaming me for this mess and told me I’d have to pay again. Now I don’t mind paying, but I think it’s only fair to have something done as clearly their app malfunctioned somewhere. (Like I said I always order this way and have never had an issue). Read moreThe portion sizes where not at all like the menu pictures, the hot sandwich or sub, is literally half the size as the other local pizza shops, no need to name them, they know who they are, the Lava cakes, are extremely small as well and are not even close to the size of other local restaurants. The food tasted great, the delivery was fast and on time as well! But for 2 subs and 2 lava cakes, the portions are just not what all the other local shops give you! The vegetables on my wife’s sub looked old, and the bread on both subs was over cooked and hard on the edges. Drivers Jason and Brittany went above and beyond to try and fix the mistakes that the other employees made. My boyfriend tried to pick up a scheduled order, and the staff was in the back chit chatting while he waited for someone to greet him, then Brittany came back from a delivery and instantly took care of our order however it was still 20 minutes past the pickup time.
