When I arrived there was a customer standing there. I finished selecting items in the store side and paid. I then went to order, and I noticed the same lady still standing there. No one waited on her. We finally saw an employee came walking out of the back and headed out the door. We stopped her and asked if anyone was going to wait on us. She said her shift was done and confirmed by turning around and left! Finally, a gentleman came out from out back and the other customer complained, and he explained he was working with ice. He apologized for the others leaving before anyone was there to replace them. It was obvious that he was also frustrated over the situation too. As others came from out back they complained that they were not to work over the hours assigned. It's sad that Dunkin has made it difficult for their employees to provide the service they were once know for! Read moreTERRIBLE TERRIBLE Customer Service! Cashier 505775 Alieica already acted like she didn't want to be there when I first approched the counter. No hi, no smile..kept on rolling her eyes. Something went wrong with scanning my free sandwich so after wiping my whole account balance to $0, she still said I owe her money. Her whole attitude was so unexpectable during the whole time figuring out with the supervisor and even argued with me over it. The supervisor who allowed her to interact with the customer like that was unacceptable either. I interacted with may Dunkins employees who had bad customer service (that's why I've been going to Dunkins less and less, why ruin my day by their staffs), but she's the worst by far.
