We did takeout, our first time trying OakCraft. The online order process was very easy and straightforward. Excited by the variety of included toppings! Ordered 2 pies and a salad. The staff were very energetic and happy to greet us. A promising start! Upon getting everything home, the first pizza was missing the one topping ingredient we had ordered. Hence, a very expensive, fairly dry, cheese pizza. Strike 1. Top crust on both pies were exceedingly thin and overcooked, more crumbly than chewy. Underside crust of pies held up to toppings, but very bland taste and overly dry. Disappointing outcome. Salad was small compared to what others offer for same price, with fewer ingredients; we ordered 2 different dressings, only one of which was included Ate some of the pizza without reheating the next day, and that proved tastier than the first night, so for day-after pizza, it holds up pretty well, just plan to drink a lot to offset the still dry crust Maybe it was a busy day there or someone was new, so we’ll probably try it one more time before passing final judgement, but so far not...
Read moreDelicious Pizza! My wife and I were in the area with our infant child and needed a quick bite. We tried OakCraft on a whim (and based on the favorable google reviews) and were incredibly impressed with the pizza. I’ve been to plenty of pizza places who use the “2-minute” or “Quick” pizza marketing ploy to get you in the door for a quick pizza…they didn’t hold a candle to OakCraft. While they advertise being able to make the pizza within three minutes, it’s the unique topping combinations and the quality of the ingredients that stole the show. We had the Hot Pep and the Vodka Pie (gotta love peas on pizza!) - incredible. You never know how much time you’ll have with kids, and at OakCraft you’ll be well into your second pie by the time the kids start getting fussy. Great pizza and overall experience. Plus, we were able to meet the owner - an absolutely fantastic guy who really cares about the quality of his product and taking care of his staff. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t listen to the semi-famous pizza reviewers who didn’t give it...
Read moreIn search of good wood fired pizza, I decided to check out Oak Craft. Ordered, young lady helping me couldn't hear me and so she said, "what"? I think that is a base way to respond to anyone when a simple "excuse me, I didn't hear you" would have been much nicer. But I digress...I ordered a beer while waiting for the takeout and was given a bottle, no glass, not even a plastic one. What can you expect from people raised by wolves? Production time is quick and my pizza came out just as I was finishing up my Peroni. The pizza had a weak spot and they insisted on making it over. I told them I'd take it at a discount and they said they couldn't do that and put a perfectly edible pizza in the trash. If the franchisee is trading this, take note. Your profit margin is about to take a dive southward. Service here sucks to put it bluntly although the...
