Purchased a 1500 couch took the pillows with us and was assured by staff that it would be wrapped and taken off the floor. When we arrived to pick it up the couch was still there not wrapped and now had foot prints on it. I went to the register to get my pick up and the girl with the super long fake eyelashes told me I had to wait on line. I explained to her that I just came from two of your other locations and I did have to wait on line for a pick up since I purchased yesterday. She responded with that’s your problem I asked for a manager and she didn’t call one I had to walk to the end to speak to someone else and she helped me.Very unprofessional staff no supervision.
