Purchased a 1500 couch took the pillows with us and was assured by staff that it would be wrapped and taken off the floor. When we arrived to pick it up the couch was still there not wrapped and now had foot prints on it. I went to the register to get my pick up and the girl with the super long fake eyelashes told me I had to wait on line. I explained to her that I just came from two of your other locations and I did have to wait on line for a pick up since I purchased yesterday. She responded with that’s your problem I asked for a manager and she didn’t call one I had to walk to the end to speak to someone else and she helped me.Very unprofessional staff no supervision. I work in customer service I would never speak to a customer like that nor allow my staff to respond to...

Had a great customer experience here today. Gentleman who's name I have forgotten (but I assume was in management) was great. He was very helpful with my questions about area rug department. Superior enthusiasm along with willingness to offer assistance had me make a purchase that was right for me. Thank you kind sir!

Store has a good vibe and you can score some good buys on quality items. Be prepared to engage in the hunt amongst the mediocre and you may be lucky like I was!

Dylan, Amy and Jessie were so extremely helpful. Dylan had to climb the ladder 3 times for me and each time was friendly and helpful, Amy assisted me with deciding on lamps (as well as climbing the ladder), she gave excellent decorating advice which was spot on to my taste and Jessie was circulating to see if she could assist shoppers.
