Good morning! I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for your help this past week. I walked into your store for the very first time. I’ve heard good things about your business and your customer service. I needed my wedding band to be repaired. Was beat up and in need of rhodium and antiquing. The minute I walked into the store, I felt welcomed and not overwhelmed. You all were so friendly and right away, I liked the atmosphere and after just a few minutes speaking with both of you. I trusted you to give you one of my most treasured belongings, my wedding band. Two days pass and I get a pleasant call, “Mr. Lynch, your ring is all set. Come on in.” When I walked in on Thursday, everyone recognized me and offered a friendly handshake. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and looks new again. Charlie was absolutely amazing helping us create the most beautiful wedding set that I could have ever imagined. Honestly I shed happy tears when I was able to finally see it! It was everything I ever could have dreamed of! After so many years of being together, let’s just say I’ve had a lot of time to see so many rings and really wanted to create a piece that was unlike all the others but so very special to us.
