Dunkin' — Restaurant in Salem

We go here every single day and the coffee is always great! So why the bad review? We ordered coffee as usual and also ordered a box of cool mint tea. It took them awhile and we figured they were looking for it or whatever. We see them come around the corner and she opens the box, I figured maybe to see if it was the right kind?? She goes into the managers office (which now makes me think they're in on this too) and she comes back out. After sitting there for a few mins they finally check us out. We stopped in the parking lot to check the box cause we get the feeling something shady went on and there was only 10/15 in the box. my mom takes the box in and the first thing that comes out of their mouth was "You opened it" LOL NO YOU DID WE WATCHED YOU! it was quite obvious when the seal was broken and you ripped up the sticker. So she takes the box and shoves the tea back in there and tried to give us extra and my mom handed back the extra tea and just took what was supposed to come in the box to begin with. CONGRATS you lost customers who have been coming here every single day since it opened years ago. We always ordered 3 + coffees and sometimes went back for more. You lost all that over 5 bags of tea. I mean why? What the hell...

Really disappointing place, the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They always mess up my order one way or another. Staff is also very rude and immature. I pulled up to the window after ordering my ONE refresher. There were five employees inside and one car behind me and no customers inside due to the renovation. They were laughing, yelling, just being noisy and had loud music on. It took 5 minutes for an employee to even come up to the window, and when she did she was very rude and off putting. She didn't even say hi, she gave me the straw in silence then walked away. I understand how busy fast food can get, I used to work fast food, but I waited 8 minutes for a medium refresher and they made it with the wrong base. Awful customer service! I went and got a iced coffee and when the woman handed it to me it tasted bitter. I hate bitter iced coffee. It didn't even taste like they put any sugar in it, the color wasn't even right! That doesn't bother me so much. What truly bothers me is the fact that when I handed it back to the woman and asked for more sugar I could hear the manager say there was plenty of sugar in the thing. The poor girl didnt even open the lid! They just shook it up and handed it back to me! Guess what, it tasted exactly the same! The only reason for the extra star is for the awsome begal they handed me. I am super unhappy with this location right now and will be spending the extra gas money for the other dunkin on the other side of town.
