Giovanni's Roast Beef & Pizza Salem — Restaurant in Salem

I am so so disappointed with the service I received today. I called to place a delivery order (as I have done from THIS PARTICULAR Giovanni’s several times). Upon ordering the cashier wasn’t pleasant from the beginning. I was looking at the menu while ordering over the phone, and when given my total it was $5 more than what the menu has advertised. Instead of argue over price, I said I would remove one of my items, she then barked at me saying “we have a minimum of $12”. I said oh, okay, how much am I at? She said “11.64”. They weren’t going to deliver my food over $.36 cents and I tip handsomely every time they come 2 miles down the road to deliver my order. I said “I won’t argue over pennies I guess I’ll just...” and before I could finish my sentence, she hung up on me. I called back, and said did you hang up on me? She said DO YOU WANT YOUR ORDER OR NOT? (Getting extremely frustrated) I calmly said no, id like your name, and your managers name, and she gave me the run around for 5 minutes before giving me the info I needed to write a formal complaint. The company I work for has used this establishment for every work function, and it’s a giant department store, that’s a lot of pizza. I will never ever suggest Giovanni’s to them again, and I was the one who suggested them in the first place because I love that they deliver to counters in department stores! Got the Super sized Roast Beef Combo meal with Steak Fries . I had switched the Onion Roll for a regular Sesame Roll but when I opened the Sandwich wrapper it was on a Onion Roll which I would have complained about but the Onion Roll was actually very good . The Roast Beef they use was top notch I believe i asked for a medium cooked Roast Beef for my sandwich and it was and it was absolutely Deeeeeelishious. I am pretty sure the Roast Beef is made in house. But I Definitely would recommend the Roast Beef sandwich from Giovannis ( oddly we were going to go to Kelly's Roast which isBeetlejuice a New England chain ,their rating was a 3.5 and Giovanni's was a little closer to the Hotel and had a 4.1 rating so we tried them out and were quite satisfied) my girl got the Chicken Ceaser Wrap and was very satisfied she was expecting more fillings like lettuce and such vrs chicken but said there was more chicken and a good amout of the fillings. So overall I would definitely recommend Giovannis in Salem NH . We might even try it for dinner tonight as they offer past dinners and or pizzas to . The Staff was friendly and helpful in recommendations for my girls sandwich/wrap. As she's used to getting wraps were there is less chicken and more fillings (but this wrap was the opposite). You guys kill me. I like your food and you're nice people but you make it an ABSOLUTE STRUGGLE every time for me. Either you go to the wrong location and I have to chase you around after mentioning several times that its not the hotel its the building before the hotel that im ordering to and even when I place an order to be delivered in over an hour from when its placed you immediately deliver it. Dont get me wrong, fast delivery is good, but not if its only 1030 in the morning and i placed it for just before lunch time.

Out of the 5 times I have ordered here, you have got my order wrong 4 times even though I have used the texting feature which means its directly in front of your face and not an issue of a miscommunication it just seems to be a lack of care and a rushed job every time.
