First & last time there. The menu stated that they had coffee Heath bar crunch. My husband asked if they had vanilla Heath bar crunch. The server checked and came back and said yes we do. He ordered a cup of vanilla Heath bar crunch when we sat down inside to eat our ice cream, he tasted his, and it tasted like coffee heath bar crunch. I tasted it and agreed. He took it back to the counter and the girl who came up to help him argued with him that it was not possibly coffee flavored and refused to offer anything else in its place, but did have time to argue with him about how he was wrong. She was unwilling to offer another flavor or a refund. The ice cream went in the trash and we left, vowing to never return to this ice cream shop. Very friendly staff, delicious ice cream, and a wide selection of savory treats from soft-serve to slushies to seasonal sweets. Pretty much unlimited choices of flavor, toppings, and other such customizations, and all for very reasonable prices. Parents beware, even the 'small' size is nothing to laugh at, as the scoops are huge! Staff are friendly and the customers are too - one time I even had a sit-down hour-long chat with a complete stranger here because the atmosphere is just so friendly and inviting. My extended family met here today for a reunion and some ice cream. We were treated horribly by “the manager” who insisted that my elderly aunts and uncles sat outside in the blazing heat although there were empty chairs inside. They ended up standing. She then proceeded to tell us we were not allowed to have my disabled son in his stroller while we were inside stating it was a health code violation. Nothing posted on the door or anywhere else about not allowing strollers or wheelchairs. We will never ever go back here again!
