Lottie's Pad Thai Food Cart — Restaurant in Salem

I paid $30 for this and it’s the worst thai food I’ve had!!! Food is edible but only because I paid $30!! That’s crazy! The customer service is nonexistent. Either it’s the cook or the person (seems like the owner) purposely cooked crappy food on purpose because they weren’t happy with my tip. Nasty food and ugly personality. The only thing that tastes good is the thai tea. She also forgot the spicy sauce on the side. I said, thank you after receiving my food and she full on didn’t acknowledged me and semi closed the window. This is my first google review ever!! That’s how bad the customer service and food is!! I am a huge local supporter, but never getting food there again.

I have had the pineapple fried rice twice before and it was good. However, I just went today and it was awful. It’s tasteless and full of chunks of white rice and burnt sections. There’s also some egg which was not in it before. I also decided to try the cream cheese wontons and it was a huge mistake. They are horribly burnt and basically inedible. Worst customer service ever today, will never go back, Love Bee hive Station, but the lady running the trailer at Lottie’s, had the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. She was so very rude, with the facial expressions to got with it . I had to walk away and just say no Thank you .
