âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ 5/5 â Danny at Papa Murphyâs is a LEGEND! đđĽ
Let me set the scene: Iâm driving for Uber, just living my best life, when I pick up this ultra-chill dude named Danny. We start chatting, and within minutes, I realizeâthis guy isnât just a passenger, heâs a culinary angel sent from the pizza gods. Turns out, he works at Papa Murphyâs, and before I know it, heâs offering to hook me up with a pizza. Not just any pizzaâa masterpiece.
I drop him off, thinking, "Cool guy, nice chat," but then⌠Danny disappears into the store like a pizza ninja. Less than five minutes later, he emerges with a freshly made pie, loaded with toppings, ANDâwait for itâANCHOVIES (because Danny understands that true pizza lovers live on the edge). And then⌠he just gives it to me. No charge. No "sign up for our rewards program." Just pure, cheesy generosity.
This pizza? Absolute FIRE. The crust was perfect, the sauce was singing Italian love songs, and the toppings were so fresh, I swear I heard the veggies whisper "grazie" as I took a bite. If this is what Papa Murphyâs is serving, then Iâm officially a customer for life.
But hereâs the real kicker: Danny needs a promotion. Not just to managerâno, noâthis man deserves his own Papa Murphyâs commercial. Picture it: "Hi, Iâm Danny, and I make pizza so good, Uber drivers write five-star reviews about me." Boom. Instant sales spike.
In conclusion: Eat at Papa Murphyâs. Ask for Danny. If youâre lucky, he might just bless you with a free pizza and a conversation thatâll make your day 1000% better. #DannyForManager...
Read moreFood's mostly prepped well and tastes like the usual Papa Murphy's pizzas do...yummy with its own style of taste (unlike the area trio of pizza restaurants that tastes nearly identical...Walery's, Paddington's and JC's Pizzaria). Only a few gripes... (1] "light sauce" is almost always still too heavy. (2) Crust thickness isn't always super uniform around the edges, (3) the cheese doesn't often cover all the sauce near the crust, and (4) the toppings (like cheese) are often found in lumps making the pizza a bit uneven. Aside from my pickiness (which apologize for), t is nice that they're open for another hour after the Candalaria location (our favorite, overall) closes for the evening. Decent, but there are areas which could be improved upon for the betterment of the business and to help make customers feel more...
Read more8/4/2020: ordered again, this time the toppings are good, but we are finding globs of sauce under the toppings. Some places have none, others are just absolutely awful. I've worked at a local take and bake 20 years ago, it's bad, ive never asked for a refund, but tomorrow I'm calling and I will literally take back all but 3 small slices of their pizza back for a refund. Management/ quality control. I will not order from this papa Murphy's ever again.
very, very inconsistent on toppings. Mostly when you're asking for extra of anything. I feel like they ignore and then charge you anyway. My wife addressed it in person and was told they do measure the amount of toppings. We both find this...
