First and foremost, this must be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in any fast food Restaurant, as someone who works in the food industry I believe the following instances are absurdly intolerable. First I arrive around 8 o’clock and order a 6 Piece Boneless and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo, With a Dr. Pepper, BBQ Sauce and Fries. When I ordered I stumbled my words asking for ranch and I accidentally asked for Barbecue Ranch instead of buttermilk, Clearly BBQ Ranch doesn’t exist and I misspoke, I hear a lady in the back (Amanda) start laughing and making fun of my misspoken words. which was on it’s own a humiliating experience. I then asl for buttermilk ranch and I was told their out; so I settled for BBQ sauce. I receive my order and pull into the parking lot to check the bag (this store is known for making mistakes on orders) turns out they missed the fries and BBQ sauce. I walk into the store to ask for the items they had missed and there was a family ordering infront of me so I waited patiently. The family was paying with a 100$ bill, the cashier (Edward) took the bill to Amanda to check for counterfeit and she gives the okay. He then realizes there is not enough change in the till to give to the family so he tells Amanda and she did not understand, so she starts disrespectfully asking “I don’t know what you’re saying.” Then proceeds to (disrespectfully) tell Edward again that we don’t accept 100s anyways and to deny them, as if she didn’t give him the okay to begin with. So the family ended up paying with a credit card. After the family leaves Edward goes to the back of the store and ignores my presents and continues to stare at a blank screen as if he’s waiting for something to happen to it. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes I realized the only way to actually be helped is to pull through the drive thru again. So I pull through and of course I’m helped by Amanda, and for the first time actually being helped in a nice manor she tells me to pull forward for the remaining items on my order. Read moreSo my wife and I downloaded the app for Popeyes chicken I had some errands to do in Salem Oregon so when I was done, I sent my wife a message to go ahead and place the order. When I got there, there was five cars in line. It took almost 25 minutes to get up to the speaker and then when I get there, they tell me that I can’t pick up that kind of an order through the drive-through that I have to come in so I, finally get out of line get in a parking spot go inside and I start to question them. Why can I pick up a mobile order through the drive up? I mean that’s the whole thing is for something people abuse, but it should be for like disabled people woman with a family of kids she doesn’t wanna have to get out and take in but anyway I was told I couldn’t do that through the driver , I said OK I’m here to get a mobile order put in by my wife and she says OK let me get started started. You haven’t even started the order you’re kidding me so she gets started on the order we don’t have any coleslaw. What would you like to substitute for that , so I told her what the substitute was. Finally, I get out of there and drive all the way home back to Albany Oregon. The order isn’t right I mean there’s not one thing in the order that’s right what a joke in a preschool could’ve done a better job of handling the Customer than these adults. Read moreWe went to get a 12 piece and got to the window and paid. We where told that they are going to have to drop fresh chicken before we left the menu. We get to the window and pay she says that they are dropping the chicken now and it will be about 10 minutes. She then asked if we could pull around and wait. So we do. About 14 minutes goes by and my wife goes in and asked what was talking so long. She's told that they have to drop fresh chicken and it will be about 7 minutes. So my wife comes out and she tells me this and about 3 minutes after my wife comes back the girl that took our order comes out and says that it is going to be at least 9 more minutes because they have to drop fresh chicken. As I watch the 4 car that came after us leave. I tell her want are they going to do to make it right. She says that she can't do anything for us but we can talk to her manager. I say that is fine send her or him out. He comes out and says that he can't do anything after I described everything that had happened he also said that she never gave us a time. Even though my wife and I both heard her say 10 minutes. I informed him that the math they are using is not mathing... He then said would you like me to just refund your money and I said sure.
