Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Salem

Normally I don’t go to Starbucks located in Targets because of the lack of employees and long wait times. And that’s not their fault and I don’t fault them for it. The employees are typically very nice every rare chance I choose to stop at this one. Today was the usual one person stand with long wait times, again not a problem. I ordered two Strawberry Lemonade Refreshers, one in a tall with light ice and the other a venti with no ice. The tall came out fine, which is good because it was for my mother, but the venti was not. The barista decided that she would only make the typical amount you would put in if you were getting ice. I didn’t say anything because I just got off work and just wanted to go home and relax. When I ordered, and paid, for a venti; I received, in reality, the amount of a grande (and that’s being generous). I always order this drink with no ice and have never come across a problem such as this. I am not only appalled by the lack of drink, but the taste was down the drain as well. My sister and i went to redeem a free Starbucks at this location. They then told us that they can't use this because it is- and I quote - not the right equipment to pay. If they have a label of Starbucks then they need to be able to accept codes from the Starbucks app. What was most disappointing is that the code expires the next day. They started making my drink, and forgot about it, they continued to make other peoples drinks. When I asked where mine was they realized that they had forgotten it and went to finish it using the stuff that had been sitting around for while they made the other drinks. It had been sitting for a good 5 minutes at that point so I asked them to make it fresh. Once they remade it the drink tasted like it had soap or cleaning supplies in it, which were being liberally sprayed all over the place while they were making the drinks, so I returned the drink and...
