I don't know if they have someone new there or if they changed their policies but we ordered a venti matcha lemonade with no ice (I have very sensitive teeth) among other things. I've never had a problem with this before and don't mind getting a short cup due to the no ice, but they've never done this yet at the location from past experiences. The barista then said, "No ice? Do you know how hard it is to shake things with no ice?" When we got our order, they gave us a grande cup filled with pure cold green tea no ice. When we tried to get it fixed, they said it's exactly what we ordered a matcha lemonade but it's just strained as they don't give extra, even though it looked nothing like the matcha lemonades I've had in the past. Even the tag says Gr Ic Green Tea...It definitely tastes exactly as the tag says. If they didn't have the ability to make it, that would've been fine as well if they had told me. It's just the whole interaction. I'm not gonna say don't go here since it's the first time this has happened but I'm definitely gonna think twice about going to them...

When you call they act like we scamming them and never make it RIGHT. Starbucks chain has gone downhill. I have ordered multiple times through DoorDash so I’m paying more than what the drink is cost all management can ever say is call DoorDash, but are they not aware every time you report an incident you no longer can get credit from DoorDash. First photo I asked for hot coffee again I am disappointed by receiving a cold coffee, second photo I asked for a white chocolate mocha what I received taste like a vanilla ice cream no chocolate and no caffeine it doesn’t look like what I’ve received as my usual . I have more photos of when I ordered with errors. I am just completely done with the West Salem either They’re too high or uneducated or not properly trained either way it’s management fault on how they handled the situation on poor training...
Read moreUPDATE 10/5/2023: Came in again for a DoorDash, but this time I'm being paid by the hour. Now I LOVE this place! I just made $20 sitting here for half an hour, that's good money. Everyone wanted to talk about anime, and no one addressed me. They lost the order, and no one cared. Even the manager laughed about the whole thing once I told him I was being paid by the hour. Its all a big joke here! This is great! That lack of customer service keeps me paid. Keep up the good work people.
Original 2 months prior: Took me almost 15 minutes to pick up an order. Only one person in the entire place was not a child. They single-handedly completed my order while everybody else decided to chat about some blue haired, septum ring wearing girls cool new backpack.
