Rolled up to the lobby at 8:30 today The doors were locked in the open sign was on. When I tried to pull on the door three people inside ignored me and started laughing. Then I called and I could see the boy that was working their pick up the phone he handed it to a girl who answered it and told me that they were in fact open. When I went to the drive-thru I waited for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me only after I called the store again to let them know that I was in the drive-thru. When I got my food two sauces were open and thrown in my bag all over everything the entire box and bag were completely sticky I couldn't even manage to get it out. Then it started to leak out of the bag all over my car as well as my clothes. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Whoever is in charge or owns this establishment needs to reevaluate their managers and staff. Would my review is responded to I'm not interested in hearing apologies about how you're happy that I left to review but we're not happy with my experience you need to fire all those people in there and start from the ground up. The dude with the long blonde hair that plated my food was washing the dishes in Plainview of the drive-up window before he went over there and put my food into the styrofoam without washing his hands. Also he was griping about how he had just worked 14 hours without a lunch break. Read moreI was in the drive through for 16 minutes with four cars ahead of me. I pulled up to the speaker which is broken so I had to wait to get to the window to order.
4 cars 16 minutes later I spoke to the manager. Being a former fast food manager I informed him drive thru times every other fast food place I worked is 2 and a half minutes. Is the acceptable time.
I asked what the problem was hoping the manager would at least redeem himself but his answer I'm sorry i dont know.
To add insult i asked for a corporate number to complain and the manager said we are told we cannot give out numbers but we can take your name and number and someone will call you.
Thus after telling him i have been in fast food management insulting my intelligence because i know those get thrown away.
I will never visit another Hawaiian time again. If you want a place that gives bad service does not even try to apologize for its mistakes and insults your intelligence by all means go.
If I spend 16 minutes waiting for an order I'm going to a sit down.place.
so i come home to call the store and tell them the story. i speak to liberty who was rude and said im welcome to not to choose to eat there and just had general non professional smart ass attitude.
so for anyone who wants most of their recipes let me know im from Hawaii and have them.

Price increased on everything :( Meat portions way smaller!! And chicken was dried out. Not happy about any of this especially the portion sizes shrinking!!
Still not happy they got completely rid of steak too! Think it might be time to find a new Hawaiian restaurant as this place has gone down hill over the last year :( I'm really sad about this as my family & I use to love this place Original Review
Huli Chicken = yum! Juicy and well seasoned Kalua Pig = Yum yum! OMG best pulled pork in Salem! Steak (not on the menu anymore, hopefully they bring it back) = yum yum yum!! PLEASE bring this back!! So good! If I recall they had Hawaiian style and teriyaki style & both are delicious!
Can sub rice and mac for veggies for a few extra $$. Love their food, and always fresh. Tried the Chinese Chicken Salad last time and I now have a new favorite.
