Arby's — Restaurant in Salina

Albe's is constantly evolving with their menu that's one thing I like new items keep new people coming in however for the Broadway store in Salina Kansas one thing I really really didn't like and actually had to speak to the crew on the front line there's one person in the back she was making all the orders with the drive-thru as well as the inside wow one person took orders at the register at one point there were three people just standing around on the front line including the store manager the short male individual I spoke and ask them wouldn't it help speed things up if at least one of you would go on the background and help her to her I got funny looks and very little comment seems like the regional manager needs to go in there and retrain from the management on down to the employees because apparently the management in the store isn't training them properly however you go out to the store on South off of South 9th Street and Michelle has that place working like a fine-tooth comb Speedy drive-thru service Speedy indoor service guess I'll be going to South 9th from now on or until I hear the actual training has been done on Broadway great place...

Can you give a place half a star? This Arby's most definently got the lowest rating I can give. My wife and I go to this Arby's because it's the closest to our house, but we decided it's more worth it to go across town or to a competitor, from now on. I'm not even kidding in the slightest, they forget an item 90% of the time. This time? Fries. Last time? A whole sandwhich. I got plenty more examples, and I like to think we're not the only one's not getting our money's worth. Spend the extra 8 minutes to go to the other Arby's in town, or go to Hardee's in Abilene. This place needs a new process or management. Our family will not be returning to this...

We haven't had a problem with our food except the last two time's recently. One night, we got 3 sandwiches. 2 regular chicken and one Buffalo chicken sandwich. They had a whole different kind of bread on all of them. The Buffalo sandwich wasn't even Buffalo. It was just Ranch basically. We ordered tonight without saying anything about last time. Hoping they caught some mistake. My husband ordered only a chicken sandwich for himself tonight and it wasn't even chicken It was a roast beef sandwich.
