Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Salinas

Very disappointed. We go to this mall alot and I must say, we never had an issue before until now... I had two bad encounters. First sad encounter happened on the next day after promoting that they would be serving snowball nuggets. We drove 30min away excited to try them since that's the nearest location from us. Unfortunately they had stated that they did not recieve the ingredients therefor they could not make any snowball nugget. Sad day for us.. but that sort of mistake does happen. Second disappointed encounter happend today. I called this location at approximately 4pm to ask if they had the ingredients to serve the snowball nuggets? They stated yes that they did. We arrived there at 5:05 to find out that they do not serve snowball nuggets past 5pm? I ask why ? The cashier said "because we are not making any more past 5pm and it's 5:07." First she needs to check her customer service communication. Secondly they should have a sign or atleast let people know that theres an end time of sale for this particular item. What also didn't make sense to us is that thay close at 7pm so stopping production 2 hours before they close really does impact clearly for customer and sale service. If management seees this, please fell free to email me. I'll be more then happy to share your employees names that so kindly rejected our business. As far as we feel about this place is that it's at the bottom of our list for desert visit now. Thank you Cold Stone Creamery for making it up for us. Great place for shakes, ice cream and yogurt....

I've always liked coming here to get my pretzels. But today was the worse experience ever. I was waiting for my pretzels which took 10 minutes. While I waited I somehow I misplace one of pretzels bags which got stolen . I go back to purchase another one & the guy with the cross sided eye said it's going to be 5 min , then I jokingly said not 10 right , then he proceeds with stupid remark saying "Did I say it was going to be 10 min? I said 5". Instead of something like , no it will be 5 no worries he said all freaking rude. Then while I proceded to swipe my card , he said you know what sorry we cant help you bye bye now. I was in shocked I will never go there ever again, fire him because obviously as the Manager like he said he is, is not doing his job correctly worse...
