If I can give no star I would! This Burger King location on South Main is horrible. The store Business hours are always wrong, It seems like they make their store hours whatever they choose daily Sometimes they’re just closed with no reason posted when they are open it looks like if they can’t afford to pay their electricity bill with how they keep most of their lights off I think it’s to discourage customers to come in they are also always out of stock of everything service is extremely slow I just refuse to come back to this location don’t know if the owners of this franchise are aware of the store being closed or closed early all the time. All of the hand written torn up Notes just add to this unfortunate looking BK . The restaurant is severely understaffed and mismanaged and it shows. 30+ minute drive thru wait regardless of what time you get in. Longer if the line is long. By the way, the line inside is just as bad. The staff looked tired, didn't even bother to give me a receipt. Ordered two sandwiches, only got one. Drove all the way back to find that they still had to make it, long line inside and only 4 people working. When I finally got in the bag to eat, I found no pickles on either cheeseburger and paper towels in place of napkins. This poor staff is buried in orders and does not have the capacity to maintain the business it receives. Please do the community a favor, shut this store down until you can get it together. Read moreI ordered 3 rodeo kings over the Burger King app and when I went to pick up my order at this location I was the only person in line and was told it would be a second for them to help me; understandable. But proceeded to wait 10 minutes before being helped while I could see my order just sitting there. Once I got back to my car I noticed that none of the burgers had any onion rings a main ingredient so I got in the drive though so I didn’t have to spend time inside the store and there was only 2 other cars in line. Which was a mistake and took another 15 mins out of my lunch just to be told that they were out of onion rings but was not notified or anything of the missing ingredients.
