Please BEWARE the store writes down your identification number from your ID and date of birth on the receipt that they keep. They tell you that it's too later verify if the order was correct or not. The crazy part is if you pay for it online, your carD is already accepted and the credit card companies have a policy that nothing more is needed from the merchant. So they are also not following their merchant rules. The manager Clarissa said it was a policy in that if I had a problem with the talk to her manager the following day terrible customer service bad attitude like really? I called to place an order for Delivery, was put on hold for over 10 minutes, then I was hung up on. I called back assuming it was an accident. The so-called manager answered the phone, and I told him what happened. He told me to order (he did not ask he demanded "Okay, what do you want.". I told him I wanted to order, but first... and then he hung up on me. If this is what you call customer service go F U C K yourself. There are plenty of people by W. Market St. who camp out who are homeless who would do your job 10 times better than you. Dominos better fix this or I would not doubt they will lose business. If I ever provided customer service like this branch did I would have been fired on the spot. Time to start firing people I guess...

My pizza left the store it says at 8.29pm. My home on cherokee ct was passed up and an order was delivered way on san Juan grade road. Which is why I always tip in cash and leave it at my designated drop off spot. I oly tip on a job well done. In an istance like this i do not tip. My pizza will now be beyond cold. It is very upsetting. I will not be refommending dominos delivery. And will share my experiece on social media outlets. Thanks filipe.
