Itâs one thing to wait in line and your order is correct. Itâs another when you wait in line and your order is NOT correct. Tonight, we ordered jalapeño poppers and got mozzarella sticks. This tells me there was no double checking before handing it to me, the customer. If they had, they would have seen the mistake and could have corrected it at that point.
I was there last week and the young man at the window did not speak one word or even smile. Not even a greeting. He couldnât even bother himself to fix the two drinks and give them to me while I was waiting to get my order. Instead the lady who put my order together, handed him the order which he gave me while she then turned and fixed the drinks. This guy definitely needs to be spoken to about what customer service looks like. Until that point, he needs to be removed from the window. His attitude was horrible. If you come to work mad about something, check that mad attitude at the door and put on your customer service attitude.
Where of the friendly customer service? The I donât care attitude does not belong in the restaurant business. I guarantee that of their order was not correct they would be in there making a big deal. Great customer service and great food leads to a great business. I donât want to hear it is because our employees are new. Thatâs just an excuse. It falls on the manager to pick the best interviewers, train their employees correctly and to hold all the employees accountable to do their jobs correctly, new or seasoned. If managers canât get the job done, maybe itâs time to clean house.
I will not recommend this Arbyâs. I hope that the owner and management will make some changes in how they train their employees and hold them...
Read moreThey have some of the friendliest employees and are always eager to fix mistakes, even if it's not their fault! The menu is original and a nice break from other franchise's and no more costly than anywhere else, in fact for the quality of food it's alot easier on the pocket and much better than the pre-packaged, frozen dinners of places like Applebee's, O'Charlie's and every franchise restaurant around. The only places you get actual home-made meals are those hometown eatery's like Johnson's or M&K barbeque in Granite Quarry. It's unbelievable the price people are willing to pay for those cheap frozen dinners they get from all of those franchise places and if you don't believe that it's basically a TV dinner, just ask them. They are required by law to relinquish the fact that it is basically a frozen meal that comes on the same truck that goes to McDonald's or Taco Bell! Enough bashing on the Chic eatery's, we're talking good food here, definitely worth the money and the wait as they prepare most of it when you order so no matter what you get you know it's gonna be good! I tried to tell you of their employees being some of the best around and couldn't get away from the meat, so you'll have to find out for yourself how good their employees taste, err how good the food taste's and how friendly the sandwiches are, they're all...
Read moreIt all depends on which manager is working but since they haven't done anything about her, the whole place gets 2â! The one lady (whom I'll refrain from name droppin on) is just not manager material or a good person, I've seen her try to steal money from the customer by increasing the price (in such amateuristic form to not even include tax!), she doesn't care if the food she gives is overcooked or not made right and will fight with you if you try to get your food redone or be mad because you came back through wanting the correct items you've ordered! This lady is young and works afternoons alot, the older lady that's there early is the polar opposite, she'll gladly make sure everything is right and happily re-do your prior mishaps from the night before. So have hope and faith that you don't get THAT other,,, lady and if you're there in the afternoon double check your receipt and the prices to make sure you didn't over-pay. Other than that the...
