I ordered take out, while paying they brought out something they forgot, so paid and left. Once home and I saw they left out two items that I ordered and paid for. . I called them and they said if I came back they would have it ready for me. I drive 20 mins to go back and get what they forgot and when I arrived the gentleman at the register questioned me about what I said was missing. I told him I had spoken to someone on the phone already and she said it would be ready under my name but he said “tell me what you said was missing”. So I re told what was missing and he said well the kitchen said they did forget the quesadilla but they put the other item in the bag. I assured him it was not in the bag. He said really? Hmmm well the kitchen said they put it in there. He then left and went to the back and got my quesadilla and said here is the quesadilla they forgot and they went ahead this time and put the salad in there even thought they put it in the first bag. He continued to say that as far as the 2nd bag of chips that was missing they didn’t charge me for that and “next time” I will have to pay for that. I made sure to tell him that I ordered extra salsa and extra chips and fully expected for them to charge for it as usual. Before I left he added that “ just be aware that next time you will have to pay for the chips. I can promise that there will not be a next time as I will not be back. I chose their restaurant because in the past it’s been good food and nice people. But the way I was treated tonight after having to drive all the way back up there to get what they forgot to put in my order and then was questioned about it and he actually argued with me about what was missing, that is why I won’t give them any more of my money. My family will choose to spend what we work hard for at a place that if they forget part of my order they won’t act like it’s my fault for...
Read moreThis is pertaining to the Salisbury LA. I will never support any of them again. I went to the one in kann at the old site. I was there for the grand opening. I have supported this restaurant for as long as they have been around. Supported both locations. Even when family wants to go elsewhere, I have been loyal to LA. A few days ago, this all changed. Their debit/credit card reader wasn't working right. After swiping my card multiple times, the server got someone else. This person swiped my card again. I saw where it said approved, showed him where it was taken out of my account. He argued that it didn't show that on his end. It had already been swiped multiple times. He had me give him my name and phone number. I felt humiliated because people were staring. It felt like he thought I was scamming. Next day, my account showed it was taken more than once. I called, spoke to the 2nd man that asked for all my information. He advised it was not taken but once. Now, finally several days later, all the charges were off my account. Really? For less than $17 for one person, we had to go through all that? Los Arcos, you lost every one of my families business. Loyalty to a local business means nothing to these people. Goodbye, Los Arcos,...

Covid: We were shown to a dirty table. Still had bits of food all over it. When asked they just gave it a quick wipe with a wet towel. No social distancing between tables. Place was empty other than 4 tables - all 4 grouped next to each other. Bar staff mostly not wearing masks Kitchen staff not wearing masks at all Servers do but not covering noses. The worst part though - “service” staff: It says they’re open until 9:30 or 10:30pm, but show up say an hour before those times and
Suffice to say - I won’t be coming back. The covid stuff I’ll just report...
