Customer service when you call to place an order lacks courtesy and will hang up in you. Had to call twice to place order gentleman was taking order and talking to someone else before could finish order had to call back and start all over again. The fries were uneatable they were overcooked and saturated in salt They had them in the bag with the sandwiches under heat lamp they didn't drop them they were already precooked. When you go inside to get your order they are more worried about the conversations they are having rather than their customers. We have always loved five guys but the past three times there's been an issue with the fries ir they put the wrong condiments on the sandwiches. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE TO EAT!!! The store manager Tammy has employed her daughter danielle as a manager I personally seen danielle licking the inside of the drink cups and putting them ALL OVER THE COUNTRR WHERE THEY PUT UR FOOD!! I made the store manager aware but because it's her daughter she was not fired and she has a habit of doing really dumb things for attention with things going on with covid u cant be more careful nothing being done resulted in me quitting because I wanted no part in that store!! The fries were good and so was my husband's burger but they messed up the hotdog we had gotten by adding cheese to it when we asked for it to be plain. We usually trusted them enough to make the order correct so we didn't think to check it until we got home. It had cheese, which I cannot eat, and now we need to make food for me so I can have something for dinner.
A huge let down and I'm not sure if we'll be ordering from this store, ever again. If you order from them, be sure to check it before you leave or you'll be spending more time making dinner...
