They had a promo on National donut Day. Get one donut any kind free; also if you buy one dozen donuts, you can get a dozen if glazed for $2. I love KK raspberry jelly donuts. I drive an hour to take advantage of the deal. When I got there, they only had the glazed. That was very disappointing. I didn't want 2 dozen glazed. The gurl the first day and told me the deal was until Sunday. I decided to go back Sunday, but called first. That person told me they had all the flavors, but the deal was over. When I said I was told the day before it was in all weekend, she told me only if I'm you have the coupon. I said, well she didn't say that. Then, she told me if I have the app it was ok. But, when I arrived and ordered, I was again told the deal was off. But, I Said I have the app. I asked if they could switch one of the glazed for another kind since I was supposed to be allowed any variety free the day before. She said she couldn't do that. She wasn't very pleasant throughout the entire conversation. Once I got my donuts and ate one, I was so disappointed. Usually I get my Kk donuts are ROFO or when Zi go to NJ, I always drive through the KK in New Castle. Usually they are filled way more than these were. I mean, I think these had only about a 1/2 teaspoon, if that if jelly or cream. I mean, I appreciate the deal, but shouldn't the quality be the same? They didn't skimp on the sugar, the glazed were so sugary and greasy. It wasn't worth an hour drive, let alone two trips! Very very...

First of all, I don’t know what’s up with the staff at this location, but they always have attitude problems. Today’s specifically, Angelica was the one with the attitude problem… I literally ask these ladies every single day can I have fresh donuts, because sometimes, they are donuts are very hard. I don’t want to Spend six dollars on hard donuts. because I literally come every single day, I think they should know by now that I am not going to accept hard donuts for that price. Krispy Kreme has the best donuts ever in my opinion, but they have to, come with a bad attitude (when they are fresh), I have accepted that they will have attitude issues , but today specifically bothered me because, Angelica, Is supposed to be the shift supervisor… Imagine that, the supervisor being very nasty to you… Shameful. I’m going to have to take a step back because I pay almost 6 dollars a day for donuts, that doesn’t seem like a lot of money, but, it doesn’t matter about, They are in customer service and are expected to be polite. She was so nasty to me that I cannot even believe it… Most of the young ladies that work there typically have a bad attitude. Except Thai, and Yvette… They are nice. However, they really tighten up on customer service, I guess they don’t have to care because they know people like me are going to come and get donuts whether they are...

Very disappointed with my visit today and will be calling customer service! I told the young lady at the time of ordering that I had a screenshot of an online coupon from their site for 2 dozen for $16.29 We proceed to the window to pay with phone in hand incase she needed it, but says $16.29 so we hand her our card but charges us almost $31! This is against the law! As a business you cannot give someone a total then proceed to charge them a different amount! Manager came over and says we need barcode for the coupon I screenshot, but go figure I couldn’t bring up the site and they refused to reimburse us! If a screenshot wasn’t acceptable that should have been made clear to us at the time of ordering! Not when you’ve already handed someone the food then overcharge them! Disgusting customer service!!
