Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Salisbury

I was just humiliated by the manager there by the manager working tonight. ( He was a dark skinned man with a accent. ) First off, I work for Door Dash and they had a line all the way into route 13 in the drive thru so I had to park in another parking lot just to get in side. There was a lady ordering in front of me and there is a sign that says mobile pick up. I stood in front of the mobile pick up sign and was not greeted by any of the staff working (about 8) some glanced at me or looked in my direction but not one person said , hi or Be right with you. So that was uncomfortable enough because I was standing there for a while. I felt like maybe the bag sitting on the counter with tape on it that said DOOR DASH might be mine, because that's how alot of restaurants do it now they dedicate a table to us and let us pick out out order. I grabbed the reciept and looked at the order. The manager gets done taking and order then scolded me in front of everyone for touching the bag. I said sir I only looked at the receipt to see if it was my order then he continues to argue with me and say I didn't have gloves on. Mean while the bag was taped up and ready to go and had my companys name on it. I walked out. I can't believe they get paid to treat people like that. I'll never go...

So this place closes at 11 pm tonight. I placed my order at 10:16, there were 5 of us. There was no spicey chicken, no shrimp and EXTREMELY rude service. The cook interrupted my order to yell out and ask who else was ordering chicken... chicken! This is a chicken place after all. He asked he wasn't going to be running back and forth all night. There employee at the window yelled out "We closed we don't have chicken'. After we placed our order all we heard were grunts and moans of discontent at us being there. The drive through orders were all backed up. In fact, while here a lady walks in and asked about here order. She was then informed that her order was never dropped. No one even started, it has been at least 20 mins. And even at that, all the employees did was yell at each other. When our order was finally done, were didn't have fries. We were told that it would be a few mins for them to be out. If they would have put them in when the order was taken they would have been done by the time our orders were ready. Meanwhile the monitor displaying the orders was going off and in the red. Yet all they were doing was getting ready to close. This place is in desperate need of revamping. New management for sure, I live Popeyes and this...

The younger girl employees here are usually very rude , has happened the last 3 times and it’s always a different person .. if I do come here again going to check my food before I leave because the first time the girl didn’t tell me they were low on a item , checked my sides when I got home and a large literally had the smallest scoop of food in the cup and you could tell it was old , I looked at it and thought it was a joke . I would’ve ordered something else if you were out .. . Came here again last night on the way from work and ordered the family meal, usually when you get this you get a variety of different pieces of chicken.. got home and literally has 10 or 11 pieces of thighs . If that’s all you had they could’ve said that I would’ve ordered something else or waited for fresh food and I wouldn’t of had a problem. Managers need to teach the employees how to communicate and be nice to people that are being nice to them . I said thank you nicely to the girl that handed me my food and she literally slammed the door in my face and then got one her cellphone… Lol I’m sorry fast food isn’t the...
