My company ordered for lunch at this location today. I was in the mood for a salad. So I ordered their "Italian with Grilled Chicken Salad". Based on the picture I was sure this would be a robust, filling salad with a healthy amount of veggies in it. Let me just say I was shocked when I saw the salad. To say it was paltry is being nice. The container looks like what you'd get a standard bowl of soup in. 4 very thin slices of chicken, no salami or pepperoncinis to speak of. About a tablespoon of lettuce. I paid for extra bacon and asked for extra tomatoes: It looked like a sprinkling of bacon and like 6 pieces of diced tomatoes. Now, if this salad was around 5 or 6 dollars, I probably wouldn't have thought twice about it. This disappointment set me back almost 13 dollars. Just so these establishment knows: Lettuce is cheap. Tomatoes are cheap. Cucumbers are cheap. If you're looking to cut corners...salads aren't it. You can get a salad twice as big, with a ton more toppings on it, from the convenience store down the road. The owner should be ashamed anyone is putting food like this out the door to his restaurant. Pictures below are as advertised, and what I received. Single use pepper...

I walk away because I thought they were closed. Checked time and they were indeed open. The guy in the chair remained in the chair until I stood there starring. He then tells me to open the door before pushing it open when I say I cannot. He does say the door has been sticking all day and it has tape on it. Once inside the guy behind the counter says something and walks away. Left me standing never acknowledged me just leaves. The other guy realizes he walked off and comes to help me. The other worker returns once his teammate started my order and made another comment that prompted his coworker to say well you left her standing here. I am not sure what the counter workers issue was but he didn’t seem to care much about work or at least helping me. As for my food the bread was stale. Not a very...

The gentleman taking my order clearly cared about his job, and the company. I told him I was only ever at a Firehouse in California (ate it 3 times in 1 week!)
I showed him the mural from the other restaurant I was at, each location has a detailed painting among other amazing decor, and he seemed Intrigued. I can’t tell when someone cares and he definitely does.
They have an amazing mission for local Firefighters, I can honestly say I wish I knew where to begin with opening one locally because I would love to be a part of this company.
I have to drive almost an hour and a half for Firehouse... but I will...
