Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered a farmhouse. They added lettuce and tomato without me asking, they also told me when I walked in that they had no "schmear" (the cream cheese spread) but I was.not aware that the spread they normally put on the farmhouse sandwich is cream cheese, so I ordered one thing and got something completely different.

This location has very limited options and was closed for the longest time. I don't know why they bothered reopening when they can even get me what they do have available.

I confronted them about the added tomatoes and lettuce and the lack of cream cheese and they only said "oh, well we've just been adding that, I can take it off for you if you want."
