This location has been going downhill and a new manager should takeover. They will not respect the line nor the sequence in which order are made. They can also condescending and mistreat you, very likely based on your ethnicity.
I came in today and was the only one there placed an order. They told me to wait for the Chow Mein, and I gladly did. people started following and many ordered chow mein and had to wait as well. There were about 7 or 8 people behind me. 15 mins later, when the chow mein was ready, they started filling out the orders and to my surprise they were filling them in reverse sequence! Each order was taking an extra couple of minutes between the time they fill it, call out the person, etc... etc...
I was very surprised, and i came up to speak to the guy running the queue and told him that "he expects us to wait in line and that he should respect the sequence in which orders are placed" and he shrugged it off and the other guy said "oh they all get out of order" and they all laughed. He then offered the usual fake "i am so sorry".
You shouldn't take people time lightly, and I arrived early on purpose because I need to get back in time. It seems that this manager is not fit to run this place, in what world are orders fulfilled in reverse sequence? Perhaps it was just my arab ethnicity that threw them off...

Read moreThe Food did NOT taste the same as the other locations. I ordered chow mein with chicken and green beans bowl. The chicken tasted a bit sour... so I didn't eat much! Made me worried, the negative is they are not serving the correct amount of side dish entree, go to any other Panda Express and they give you a full scoop or more. Not here! I took my daughter up to try it she ordered fried rice with orange chicken and the rice wasn't fried it still had white rice lumped together with no soy sauce, however the orange chicken was good she said, with the exception that she received only 6 pieces of chicken in her bowl. Not worth...
Read moreThis is, by far, the best Panda Express I have ever been to! The staff are just so on top of it. Rarely is there ever food missing, and the initial greeter person who fills up the sides moves at maximum efficiency. If there is ever a holdup, it's because there is some dumb person with bluetooth headphones in texting and not paying attention. Or once I saw someone try to pay for their meal with foreign currency...SMH. Such a tight ship though, and I commend the hardworkers of this Panda Express! It's because of them that I keep coming back, even though I need to cut down on my sodium intake and eat real food every once...
