Worst experience ever! I will no longer visit this location as long as the current child supervisor is running the store. I placed an online order for 3 medium drinks and went in to pick up my purchase. I was greeted by the supervisor. He asked, “are you here for a pick up” I replied, “yes”. He then told me to wait as they haven’t yet started my order because they’re busy. I said, okay and asked him to please make my drinks thick. He acknowledged and replied, “yes”. My name was called, I walked up to the counter and noticed there were 4 drinks (2) large & (2) medium. I tried to get his attention as he set my drinks on the counter but he walked away. I called out to him but he ignored me so I called one of the other employees over to me and explained that my order was incorrect. This employee called out to the supervisor which annoyed him. He walked over to us and asked in a rude manner, “What”? I told him, my order is incorrect. I ordered 3 medium drinks, you gave me 2 large & 2 medium drinks. While waiting, I took a sip of the 2 drinks that were mine and they were both watery. His response was, you’re going to have to wait for us to fix it because we’re busy. He was very confrontational. I told him that he was being very unprofessional and rude. I could’ve walked out with the 4 drinks but all I’m asking for is what I paid for and to have it made the way I asked for it to be made. He responded, you should’ve added that to your online order. He then asked me if I was homophobic? JAMBA JUICE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!! (There were several customers by this time and it was just WRONG) I asked him how in the world did we get to this? He proceeded with, well are you? I responded to him, “For your information, my daughter’s gay and that has nothing to do with your terrible customer service”. All I want is what I paid for, no more and no less. I asked for his name since his name tag was not easily in view. He refused to give me his name and none of the other employees came to my aid. I stepped back and waited for my drinks. An elderly Caucasian woman came up to me on her way out and apologized for his behavior and stated, “he was very rude to me too”. I told her I was sorry that was unacceptable. I just spent $30 here and at least should be treated with better customer service than this. I really hope this does not get pushed aside. Please train your employees especially your supervisors to take better care of your customers with which you would not have a business...
Read moreHad a great experience today with the staff. The place was slammed, but the staff was fast and courteous.
I showed up on a whim, so I didn't order online. I wore a mask, as did most of the other patrons. The store was clean and orderly.
Right before I ordered, I heard the phone ring three times and then it stopped. After I ordered some Karen came in with her hair in an a-line bob, and her right foot in a boot. She went up to the counter and was irate with the Jamba employees. She said they didn't answer the phone, which I guess was true, but she only let it ring three times. She said they should take the curbside pick-up signs down if they weren't going to bring out her order.
My daughter and I were there (she was waiting outside with Barack Obama [our dog]). I said something to the Karen, who was tampering with the curbside pick-up signs in front of the store. I told her to try and relax, and that she wasn't nice to those girls working in the store. She started blaming me for the problems she was having with her order. She was using negative epithets towards me and continually used the Lord's name in vain. Karen and her gutless husband both swore at me. Karen looked like she was going to get violent. I told her to "bring it." She said I was getting violent, and, I corrected her by stating she was adopting a violent posture, and that if she got violent, I would handle it.
Anyway, Karen and her gutless companion drove off, and a nice brown haired female employee came to the door to let me know my order was ready. I put a ten dollar bill into the tip jar because Karen wasn't very nice. My daughter, myself, and Barack Obama got in our truck and enjoyed our mango 🥭 a-go-go on our way home.
Some of the other patrons were laughing at what happened between Karen and myself. I just think in this time in history people should be kind to those that are serving our needs, even if they are superficial needs like a smooth on a hot day.
The employees conducted themselves with grace and poise, and should be commended for bringing something delicious to my life, despite some of the awful people they...
Read moreWas gardening all day with my kids. Told them I’d get them a treat and they mentioned Jamba. I had a buy one get one card so we were excited. First was working with Audrey who was great. It was when she got Kasen involved that things went south. He was so irritated by that card and how he has to put his code in. He got frustrated and said we don’t take those and walked away. Audrey said that it would still work if I downloaded the app so I started to download it so I could use the card that I had purchased for this reason. She mentioned Kasen would have to put his code in again and once again he was so annoyed to be doing his job as if I was causing problems. I didn’t want to cause problems so I said no worries just take one of the drinks off, I only have the cash for one, please. Finally I handed her a bill after feeling like the most annoying customer of all time for wanting a smoothie for my kids, she opened the register and didn’t have the appropriate amount of change and once again needed Kasen. Kasen walked up and said sir we don’t take cash. I said wait a minute you won’t take my Jamba card, you won’t take cash either? He said nope and walked away again. So I had no other choice than to walk out after being disrespected in front of my kids. That was disgusting but lead to an awesome conversation on who not to give your money to. My kids learned a lesson and so did I. Won’t be back and it’s sad to think that’s what Kasen, the apparent on duty manager, wanted...
