Normally I don't care about poor service here and there I've worked customer service jobs for years. I get it but this location sucks so much, the staff sucks...everytime I order from here something is wrong or they actually FORGET to make my order. Once again...i had to wait because it wasn't completed and I wasn't even started when I arrived...The app confirmation said it would be ready by 5:59-6:04 but then the app said my order was ready at 5:40 and then I got an email confirmation stating the same thing. I got to the store at 5:50. The screen showed my order was done so I entered in my code 013 no pizza was in the box I asked when my order would be ready the app said it was. The person at the front desk said it's almost ready. I processed to wait patiently for 15 minutes and watched 10 people come and go. I finally went back up and had to stop the front desk guy from disappearing and asked excuse me but how long until my order is ready? Guy goes oh let me check ...um ok? After a few minutes he comes back and goes it's coming now it's coming....5 minutes later I get to leave. When I first arrived the staff should have been honest and said they forgot to Start it (AGAIN!!) or the app was wrong. Still would have sucked but almost ready does not equate to 20+ minutes.
When I got home more disappointment, it's the wrong order yet again. I ordered 1 stuffed crust and 1 Slice N Sticks. I got 2 Slice N Sticks. I called to get a refund for the missing pizza but the lady who answered insisted I come back and get a replacement. Sorry but I don't have time to do that, it's a Sunday night then I was told to call back and press option S to speak with the manager for a refund.. S??....there is no option for S. I tried anyways, I was right there isn't an option for S. I tried other ways just to see if I could get the manager nothing. At this point I'm pissed off and it sucks knowing that complaining about it wouldn't make anything better anyways so I gave up. It is NOT hard to time manage, be honest, provide some kind of sufficient customer service and read a damn screen. The employees should REALLY stop marking orders as done before they even start them, this has happen SEVERAL times at this location or my order just some how disappears. I am more then impressed with how the Area Manager Brian has taken care of us. Beyond working to solve the problem I have been given his personal cell number if I ever have a future issue. He has gone out of his way to make this right. A personal thank you to you Brian. . . . . . Let me start off by saying this is a review mostly about corporate Little Caesars not this store. Way back on Halloween we had a issue here, which was strange cause its usually pretty good. So we called the number on the box and spoke with them. They had assured us that someone would contact us shortly. They never did, so we called back. A nice lady was shocked that no one called and that we had not received coupons for the inconvenience. So we waited again, nothing. Called back, they can see the issue, that in fact no one has called or sent anything. Again told we would receive a call. Nope, I guess this is what they think of there loyal customers. The fact that we had a issue and they cant be bothered to follow through is crazy.
The store though is very nice, great food, friendly staff, clean and neat. I hate giving it a bad star rating but they should take it up with there above...
