I am a pizza nerd. No pizza is really a bad pizza. But there are many different categories. This is a chicago style. Not the deep dish thing stuffed with cheese but the real deal that you get in the midwest. Lots of toppings and specialty pizzas here. My true test is always just a basic pepperoni. And this is one of my favorites in town. It is right there with Villagio or Big apple for quality. But it is just a different style pizza. It is done in a fired stone floor oven. So it adds to the flavor in a good way. The Miss Figgy, The Betty with some pepperoni are go to choices. But the specials are always a treat. The Papa Smurf and the White Buffalo are killer. But you can't really go wrong with any of them. I would say for this type of loaded pizza Millcreek Pizza House edges out the Pie. The crust is better the ingredients are better. You notice it with your leftovers cold the next day. It is just good cheese. Do not sleep on the salads. They are HUGE. Great as a meal or just to share. The Wedge is a good one if you are undecided. It is a classic and loaded with bacon and blue cheese. You can also build your own Chopped salad, but we usually just let the staff make it up. This is a down to earth spot. Not an artsy fartsy pizza place. It is a serious bang for the buck too especially with food prices now. We get pizza and salads here after skating at Millcreek Common at least once a week.

A year later, 6/20/25, and this place is booming, happy to see, so, still here occasionally to enjoy the food, still an excellent atmosphere. Crew is still nice and friendly as ever. They also received a Millcreek community choice award as well, so if the local community loves this place I'm sure it's worth a drive from anywhere in the valley to give it a try and experience the Millcreek Plaza as well, tell'em Jon recommended so. Parking is a bit tight, so you may need to walk a short bit, or maybe you won't. All the same, it's a worthwhile experience. Older review: Sat down and tried this place for the first time today. I gotta tell you if you want an authentic pizza house style, vibe, and delicious pizza. Come on over here to Mill Creek pizza house. This place has a great vibe. Excellent customer service parking can be a little wonky. But overall, it is a great place to sit down and have some lunch or to spend some time with a few friends or grab a pizza and go. Don't believe any low star reviews. This place is excellent.

My boyfriend and I passed MPH on our way to Harmons and decided to stop in. The staff was so friendly and the location is awesome (right by the ice skating and soon to be splash pad)! It will be such a fun place over the summer as they have the garage-type doors that open to the outside as well as outdoor seating. We got the 10” pepperoni pizza and garlic bread with cheese for about $20 and it was perfect!! It is obvious the employees want to do their best to take care of their guests, and I hope they are very successful.

So as I told the owner or whoever it was who took my order I would review them on Google. Let me tell you how it started, I was on their website looking at a price and she continued to go to a more expensive pizza. I said no what I'm looking at is under the I can do better pizza and it says it is $16 plus toppings. She informed me they don't have any pizzas like that, and then politely try to tell me it is her job to get me the best price which was her basic pepperoni which had cubed pepperoni and we did not want that so she wanted to charge us more to take off a topping. After I explained to her no I'm on your own website and it's much cheaper this way I could hear commotion in the background and she finally said are you Kate, I'm a guy, hey if your name is Kate and you're a guy I'm all for it but my name is definitely not Kate I don't sound like a cake and I told her no I'm just trying to order a pizza. I've been felt shook down that I really had ordered a pizza earlier and never came and picked it up and I'm thinking man I've never had such a problem trying to order a simple pizza. I live in East Mill Creek and this is a new establishment so I was trying to support my small business in my community. A lot left out suffice it to say they had to get on the website to realize I was telling the truth so as I was ordering the pizza and I thought we were good I could hear someone yell behind are you sure that's not Kate, at this point we were about to bag it but it was close and it sounded good The bread sticks look great, foreshadowing they're not, so I went ahead and even offered so much as my credit card that she could charge it so she would believe I would come pick up this pizza. I got the pizza and the breadsticks and actually the pizza was great, I would most definitely recommend their pizza, however dare garlic bread covered in cheese is not worth 7.50. It was about 3 in wide and 4 and 1/2 in long. With some marinara in the center. It wasn't grilled it wasn't charred it wasn't anything but just blah bread with cheese melted on it. I also offered to pay for ranch and then they told me they had a sriracha ranch so I was like oh I'll buy one of those too. Now I was not charged for those but I got no lie 1 oz of each in two separate cups. I was more than happy to pay a buck 50 or two for each because I get it it cost money. I have never had such a difficult time ordering a pizza, but like I promised her I will in the future order again and update any Google review I get and as you can see the atmosphere is a three it look nice but I didn't sit down and eat The service is a two it really should be a one but I can't do that to anybody we need to and the food was a four because the pizza was very very good. Court noted with you save your money on the breadsticks Don't don't ever buy them, it's it's not worth your money. My wife was on the phone the whole time cuz we ordered to speakerphone so I'm not just making stuff up like this actually happened, when I said oh you are directly west of tres ombres I couldn't just get a straight answer of yes, cuz they are the very next business directly west because I lived in East Mill Creek for 40 years I know we're businesses are. I'm not sure but the argument was on that. We will try them one more time there's always crazy days in a restaurant you never know how many people call in sick. Hopefully it goes better I really do hope it...
