Walked in 15 mins before close. Our intention was to just order some sandwiches and go since it was late. Had my family of 4 there. Tried to begin to order a chicken bacon ranch to which the person working the register looked at their co-worker and he promptly told me that they shut the oven down. Ok, ordered another sandwich that didn't require an oven, fine. Then I thought to ask if they had anything like a grilled cheese for my youngest and they said no since the ovens are shut down. Then as a side note since it's 15 minutes before close can't get a fountain drink and said we would have to buy bottled if we wanted a drink. At that point I looked to my husband to see what he wanted to order and he just said lets call it and I said ok nevermind we're going. 1. They wanted us out. 2. Why not warn us if the ovens were off before ordering? 3. Why bring up the drinks situation when no one even ordered any. Then I get a call today from the "manager" who was basically gaslighting me on the whole situation because that just doesn't sound like him and she "pulled tape" and he said he offered to fill from the drive thru fountain. They have a strict policy on not closing early and they had everything open for making food. NO because I couldn't order what I initially wanted because the "ovens were off." She didn't even try to make things right just said she was going to tell him to be more clear about the drinks for "correction" We didn't even want drinks lady. We will not be doing...

Very poor service. I walked in, asked for the phone number so someone could call it in and order it for me. The lady couldn't find the store's phone number and simply gave up looking so I had to look it up myself. I ordered the #10 (it doesn't have mustard) on the outside of the bread was a thumb print in mustard with enough mustard to make some lettuce stick to the outside with the thumb print. I asked if they could make it without a thumb print of mustard and showed them and they said it was from the sandwich board and acted like it was acceptable. I told them fine, I'd just eat it, then wiped it off. When I got to the mustard part it was still conflicting with the sandwich flavor so I took it back up and told them so. The guy took it and violently threw it away and made another and told me they weren't supposed to remake sandwiches for such a reason. I didn't tell him he's supposed to wipe off the sandwich line even though I know he's supposed to. But he acted like putting mustard on a #10 was my problem. Slim Turkey sandwich in a wrap is a complete rip off! For a piece of lettuce and a slice of turkey meat, they want $3.89, over $4 with taxes? Call me cheap, but you try ordering this and you'll see what I mean. I also didn't know that's all a slim came with until I received it. (Which was freaky fast). I thought this was on me because it has to say it doesn't come with cheese or vegetables on their website. It actually doesn't but I thought it still has to say it somewhere. I called the location I bought from and asked if it said this on their website. They were very confident that it did but they also couldn't find it. Isaiah, the manager, quickly became impatient with me and couldn't get off the phone soon enough. The only reason I don't give this a worse rating is because Isaiah did refund the entire order for me. I asked if he could only refund half, because I had bought a cookie.
