First thing’s first, this review it’s not about the food, but about the customer service. I would give a zero star if I could. I’d tonight (Friday, September 25th) the most embarrassing, disrespectful, unprofessional and humiliating experience in my whole entire life. I went to this store with a 3rd party order to pick-up. Arriving to the restaurant I noticed that was a short line getting the food and being served by one, sometimes two employees, which were trying to do what they can. Beside those there were at least 5 drivers waiting for orders, and some of them of at least 25 min when I got there.
And then the person who they call manager, came to help on the front. Here I don’t want to judge how he does his job, because I’m not on top of that. Some of the drivers after a lot of complaints got the food with more time waiting. But all the time that the line of the front of the store was even short, the wait for to-go orders was getting worse and not getting help from front employees. And drivers even asked if they could get the food from there, since they weren’t busy or helping to solve the situation, but employees and “manager” said no, since they were coming from the back of the kitchen. Clearly showing his manners not caring for online orders or even for who is there to pickup and just giving attention to the customers that were inside the restaurant. Even saying that who doesn’t want to wait that it just cancel the order and don’t come back...
I want to be clear, as a third party driver, I totally got that scenario when it’s a busy lunch or dinner time, sometime short stuff and they get behind with orders, and that’s really ok, but the way that happened and they deal with the situation it’s unacceptable. Plus...
With almost 45 min waiting on the store, and trying to get answers from the team, without any success, most of the drivers cancelled the orders and left the place, but I was there and this manager approached to me, POKING MY CHEST and SCREAMING “LEAVE MY STORE RIGHT NOW!!!! YOU NOT GONNA GET ANY FOOD HERE, I UNSIGNED YOU FROM THE ORDER (actually he didn’t) GET OUT NOW!!!! (Repeatedly)
I was really mad and stressed with the situation, that I just left, instead act as I supposed to, and do something against him. Not physically as he touched me, but acting with my rights properly !!!
For sure that’s a store that I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO PEOPLE GO TO! At least not during the period that this person is there with those manners and the terrible customer service that I’d ever seen on...

We arrived five minutes early, assuming we would be on time, however, when I went inside there were multiple people waiting in line. After several minutes of being ignored at the pick up line, I asked if my order was ready, but they were unable to find my order so another employee came over and finally found it in their system. They encouraged me to wait a few more minutes, meanwhile new orders were arriving and they kept receiving their food before mine- as well as others waiting. Whenever I inquired about my order, I was asked to wait longer. After waiting for all of this time, an employee asked for my name (for the order again,) so I showed my order number to him which made him confused where my order was, yet again. He asked me to wait longer, I told him my wife and child were waiting in the car and I had already waited for a very long time. Inevitably, I still waited several minutes longer before a female employee handed me my food- as if she were annoyed. During all of this another customer, expressed she had been waiting for close to 45 minutes, after which she requested her order; still unready, she wanted to cancel it, hence there had been many other customers frustrated with the lack of customer service/organization. To end this experience, I made the mistake of not checking if my order was correct until I got home. Unfortunately, I didn't receive what I paid for: I was missing the most expensive item that i had ordered, (three meat platter with teriyaki steak, chicken and pork- mine was missing the steak.) I will say, the food was good from what I did receive, except it had gotten cold... this was an exceptionally unpleasant first time experience. I hope, if I decide to return, I won't encounter similar issues. Read more335 W 1830 S STE E, Salt Lake City, UT 84115 I placed an order for pick up, I was informed that it would be ready at 5:07pm I arrived at 5:10 I brought my sleeping child into the restraunt with me holding her in my arms and proceeded to the cash register where about 7 customers were standing in line to order. I very patiently and politely waited though through the entirety of waiting 15 minutes I was never asked if I've been helped or if I was there for pick up. Once the line died down I asked the girl working the register if this was the area for pick up orders she then asked me for a confirmation number. I carted my sleeping child back out to the parking lot to grab my phone. I came back in and AGAIN waited for two more customers to order and pay before I jumped in to present my phone. I was so upset I asked for the manager, Austin. I let him know I've now waited nearly 20 minutes before being helped. I ordered online for faster service when in reality I could have waited in line for the workers to put my plate together and then pay alike everyone else just did. I also complained about the online order not telling me to present proof of my order. The manager, Austin proceeded to say "alright cool, well I do apologize for this" and Bagan to turn away. I grabbed my food and walked off. By the time I got back into my car the time was 5:38 this was such a huge inconvience. I being in my 20's and working in customer service would never blurt the works "cool" how about an approach as such "it sounds like A, B and C just happen and i can tell your pretty upset about the service you received. I apologize and hear your concerns, I'd be more than happy to get your feed back to upper management so yours and other customers have a better and more efficient experience going forward" cool, was not the approach.
