Pizzeria 24 — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

Tried this place out the other day, saw the hype & excited to try it. Ordered the tika masala & cheese breadsticks. Delivery driver brought my items, upon checking noticed the pizza isn't quite what was described on menu, hardly any mushrooms, chicken, appeared to be sausage as well. Sauce was a red tomato sauce, not the tika sauce. Cheese bread had no cheese and tasted doughy, very plain, ridiculous for over an $11 priced item. Once I noticed this I called the delivery driver & explained all this, he apologized & said this was the pizza given to him. I work in the service industry too so I get shit happens to a point however I spent over $30 for food to have essentially received not what I ordered. Which is infuriating. The delivery driver said to mention his name next time for a free pizza. Maybe. I'll most likely not come back, im not impressed & there's other pizza places...

It’s just not good pizza. I got it on door dash so that could be why they got my order wrong but I received a chicken tikka pizza and a vegetable pizza with chicken on it, crazy bread and hot wings. The tikka was fine, chicken was seasoned well but the veggie pizza was horrible. The sauce tasted like it came from a jar. They just dump so much cheese on it to cover up how bad everything else is. The crazy bread was good but it’s just cut up pizza dough so it’s not that hard to do. It’s served with marinara, which was ice cold like they pulled a jar of sauce out of the fridge and served it. The hot wings were actually kind of big and had a lot of meat on them but not crispy by any means and the sauce is very basic buffalo sauce. You could do better just buying everything frozen from smiths and warming it up yourself, if you go here you’re just paying for someone to microwave...

I ordered through door dash. It told me it would be ready for pick up at 6:24pm. I arrived at 6:37. I wasn't even sure if this place was a restaurant when I walked in. It was pretty empty. The employee came out and saw me but didn't even greet or say a word to me. He left to the back and just left me there. Another customer that was there laughed I asked if she had received service and she said yes but only after she rang the bell 🔔. I responded "so if I don't ring the bell I will not 🚫 be addressed". I rang the bell and he just came out and stood in front of me and still didn't speak. I was so confused 🤔. I said I'm here for my door dash order. He looked lost and said he needed another 5-10 minutes. Door dash said it was ready. I told him to cancel ❌. This was a strange establishment and experience. I will not be...
