This family run Bodega/Bistro is conveniently located in the downtown area of Salt Lake making it a walking or biking stop worth the experience. The TRAX and Front Runner transit station is approximately 3 blocks south-east. Otherwise, North Temple drops you onto 6th West just 5 blocks North of the Gateway Mall area.

If you're looking for an upscale dig with average food and high prices--this isn't the place. Here, it's really about the food and the Latin slow eating ambiance.

On the Bistro side of things, the fare is unbeatable in price, authenticity and taste. Don't let the humble building or location fool you. Adding to the flair, its West wall features a mural created by Riby, a renowned local artist. Its the semi-westside ocation adding to the ambiance of an old-school LA mom-n-pop eatery where substance never goes out of style.

For the locals, the small Bodega (mini mart) offers Latin products like horchata, ristras, ciconut and peanut candies, as well fresh produce, canned goods, tortas and a small butcher shop.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE EVER IN MY LIFE!!!! I CAME IN TO GET A QUICK REFRESHMENT ON MY WAY TO WORK. I ASKED THE OLDER LADDY A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT THERE PRICING AS THERE IS NO PRICING ANYWHERE IN THE STORE. BAD ENOUGH THERE IS NO A/C IN THE STORE. SHE WAS SUPER RUDE WHEN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS.
