I paid $550 for a massage membership and only ended up using three sessions. When I asked about the rest, I was simply told my membership had expired. I never received any reminder messages about scheduling appointments or notices that my membership was about to expire.

Years ago, I had already explained that my schedule is unpredictable, and the owner always said it was fine. Now suddenly it wasn’t, and I lost the value of what I paid for. I feel this is unfair and not customer-friendly. At the very least, members should receive reminders to schedule before losing their sessions.
