City Ace Hardware-Marmalade — Local services in Salt Lake City

It is nice to have a hardware store close to us in Capitol Hill. The big box stores are great, but when you need something quick, Ace Hardware in Marmalade is my choice. I do not know all the staff by name, they all are friendly and go out of their way to assist you. The interesting thing is when you have two stores so close and owned by the same company, you would think that their staff would be trained the same way. That is not the case with Marmalade and 4th South. The staff and management excel at the Store in Marmalade. Their level of customer service is untouched, the manager Gerry is always on the floor helping customers, Robert will always check with you to make sure that you are doing okay. Hunter is always friendly and full of energy. Missy, the cashier is always smiling and super friendly.

This is such a nice, local hardware store. It has made buying our old home and DIYing so much more approachable. Robert, has been a life saver with helping us with our latest project. He really takes the time to talk thru things and help find exactly what we need to be successful. All the other employees seem to enjoy their job and are extremely helpful. They even helped me carry my paint cans to my car without me asking. There have been days where I stop by three times because..ya know ..first time homeowner DIY, and they are happy to see me and ask about my projects. The employees really make this...

This has become my go-to store ever since they opened this location. Same great everything as to be found at their other locations. Super friendly staff! Same great products and prices.
