The service is really lacking. I get a job is a job, and sometimes people have bad days, but yikes. Just very unwelcoming and inconvenienced behavior. I personally loved working as a barista, so to be on the other side of the counter and feel bad about being there was off-putting. Especially compared to the great service at the Sandy location.

They also didn't ring up our pastry, and failed to get us our drip coffee. We waited so long we thought we accidentally ordered a pour-over, until it came to light that they forgot it alltogether. When we asked about the pastry, they said we didn't order one. I know my partner had ordered one, considering I didn't even know he wanted it until he ordered it. Didn't feel great to be "corrected" like that. A simple "oh, I'm sorry, I didn't catch that before!" would've sufficed.

I'm leaving 3 stars because my whiskey caramel latte was good, the environment was nice. And my experiences in the past have been good. But I think if would be smart for the managers to address the...

Really good coffee and food but they never have enough employees working. The last few times I’ve been in it’s taken a really long time and the employees seem stressed out which also makes the service less enjoyable and friendly for the customer. The last few times I’ve been in there’s only been one or two employees with a line out the door. One person making drink and the other is trying to take all the orders and make the food orders. I feel bad for them, hire more people. Edit: dropped review to 2 stars. I paid for a single latte and thirty minutes later everyone who came after me had gotten theirs. I think they accidentally skipped mine but the line was so long and the employees were clearly being overworked I left without a refund. Really disappointed :( I don’t blame the employees I blame whoever decided two people was enough to clean, make all the drinks, make all the food and take everyone’s order during the busiest...

Been by here twice now and it’s lovely. Fresh, open, and relaxing atmosphere full of diffused sunlight. The barista is in the zone back there, just calmly crafting great drinks, using different types of excellent coffee to choose from as well as tea. The presentations are thoughtful, like the pour over is a little board with a carafe and a cup, to pour at your leisure as you enjoy the space. Clean bathrooms with the same pretty design as the rest of the place too. Also! I have celiac so I was happy to see that the day’s gluten free offering, a pumpkin chocolate chip muffin, was placed in a separate cake stand from the gluten items. I really appreciate the attention to preventing cross contamination (It is wild how many places don’t care about that part, and then wonder why nobody buys their gf items from cases full of gluten crumbs served with gluten-covered tongs lol) Thanks for your care,...
