My husband and I have gotten 3 cakes from Shelli. They have all been dry and practical flavorless. Last year we had a small wedding due to covid so we pushed back the original cake plans and came up with a new cake idea for our smaller wedding. My husband had to go pick up the cake on our wedding day. Then she didn’t give the cake stand so my dad and I picked up the wedding stand from Shelli’s house on my wedding day. We got the cake and come to find out it wasn’t even the right flavor that we ordered. We expressed these concerns with Shelli since had to get more. We had already paid and she wouldn’t make any accommodations. We decided to have a smaller crowd since this event was round 2. We had ordered much larger cakes but she refused to make any changes to the order. Shelli said she would arrive between 8-11am with the cakes. At 10:55am she shows up to our venue with the cakes. They were both extremely dry and tasted awful. The cupcakes you get at the tasting are no where near what you actually get in the cakes. The cakes were way over priced. I needed a cake for a birthday and even though the shop was closed and they were on vacation, they still replied to my messages. They were more than happy to answer all of my questions and asked for a reference picture for the cake. I found an image and sent it in, not knowing that they would completely recreate the image to perfection!!!!’ So completely amazed!!! Beautiful work and such wonderful people to make this day beyond my expectations. Will recommend over and over! Thank you...
