To start off, Nachos often delivers to our buisness next door, a BIG buisness, not saying any names due to legal reasons. We have ALWAYS supported them and bought eagerly from them and enjoyed their food. Though, I will state, that many times we would be missing something from our order and have to go to the trouble of reordering it and having it delivered. We always would grin and bear it and not make a huge deal though it was pretty annoying that it was so frequent. Once again, we had an order for multiple people, one of the things got left at the restaurant. I called back and told them that we did not recieve one of the meals that we had ordered and the manager then says, " Look I don't think were going to be delivering to ya'll anymore because every time we do you have something wrong with your order." I then cut him off and said "Um, your the one who forgot to bring the cheeseburger to us." And he goes on to say " We deliver to thousands of people every day and we never have anything wrong with orders except with ya'lls. So if you want food order from someone else, God Bless." And HANGS UP on me. Even the delivery driver said that he couldn't believe Simon, the manager had spoke to me like that. I have NEVER been spoken to like that by a "manager" if that's what he wants to call himself. I understand stress, I've worked in many restaurants. But this is unacceptable and it is their loss if they want to lose our buisness because we bought from them frequently despite the mistakes. I urge any other buisnesses not to order from these people because guaranteed you will have issues with your order and you might just get an unexpected rude outburst from...
Read moreWould give this place zero stars if i could. We went to eat today and our first time being there. Started out great the waiter was good. Then my wife mentioned her margarita tasted as if it had to much sour mix in it, she had only drank about 10٪. The waiter took the drink and everything went down from there. we asked for hot sauce and there was no price on the menu and they charged us for it with no mention to it from the waiter. The food was gross. Ordered rojos and they tasted like it was fish batter on them with no flavor. Once we got our check they charged us for the margarita that my wife hardly drank. She asked them to remake it and they said no she drank half of it which she didnt so she said if thats the case would they be able to make her a half of a margarita with less of the mix they said no. we asked to speak the owner (Simon) and he was determined that we were lying mentioning that he personally saw the glass and cleaned it. Also he mentioned they are selling alot of them as if that is a good response before he began to argue with us which is very unprofessional as an owner shows how much they value customers. Apparently their Facebook shows that they have had bad customer service with other customers complaining about their margaritas before they said its not gross because they are busy apparently people like them. And to end it all off the waiter called me a liar so i didnt leave a tip and he took it upon himself to add a 20% tip. Which i found out per the owner when i called back to get an explanation as to the amount on the ticket versus what my bank account showed. Would not recommend...
Read moreAttended as part of a large party. For that reason they limit us to what can be ordered. My husband and I chose the KC for 1. (Omg) I don't know where they buy their meat but it was horrible. When we complained that the steaks were over cooked, we were told "Well we have to cook everyone's steak the same!" REALLY! Who does that? No type of discount given and to top it off they add gratuity. The way I understand it, in Texas they are not allowed to add gratuity. Then we get the bill and they added someone else's food to it. When we inquired they "Oh we thought that was your son.) Um, NO! Thankfully the party hosts provided fruit, cake, and cookies. Between that and 3 glasses of water I satisfied my hunger. I certainly would not recommend this place. I do got to say that the wait staff did a good job with keeping glasses full and were very friendly. Still I will never eat...
