Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in San Angelo

Not so great. I have heard great reviews about the bakery. I called yesterday and spoke to a lady about a Halloween cake she advised me yes just come in choose a cake we have available and we will put deco on it. The process will take about 30 min. I went in today excited about this cake and after driving an hour. I walk in and ask for a Halloween cake she said just a min and went in the back came back out and advised me they can't do anymore Halloween cakes beause they were all out of decorations. Then she just stood there and looked at me not offering any solution what so ever. Needless to say I stood there in a very awkward situation. Needless to say after driving an hour I was upset. I understand running out of supplies, but say something offer something....

I have nothing bad to say about the cakes or the shop itself. The cakes are always to die for.. never a time they don’t taste the same. So yummy and something your whole party will love. The things they sell are also so cute and reasonably priced. Cute options for last minute birthday gifts. I don’t know the girls name, but she wears glasses and she just makes you feel not welcomed. We ordered a 10in cake and when she brought it out, placed the cake on the counter with such an attitude. Doesn’t smile or welcome you in.. just “How can I help you 😐” we also wanted our cake dressed and when we told her that she was like, “oh you want it fully dressed 😐” This is the only employee that has given me a unwelcoming feeling. I took the time to stop by here for the first time with every intention of buying a cake or two. I fell in love with an overpriced mug and asked if I could take it (the tester mug) out to see if it fits inside my cupholder. I pointed at my car that was visibly a few steps away. The young lady goes back to ask, and after what appeared to be a deliberation, came back and said, "You'll have to pay for it first." Wow. Just a little customer service would've gone a long way. It was enough for me to walk out and never return/recommend. Turns out, it will fit and I just ordered from Amazon. 😊 Down the street to Crumbl...
