Starbucks — Restaurant in San Angelo

I’ve gone to this Starbucks going on two years now and unfortunately I have some things to say. I usually go in after lunchtime or maybe later on in the day, never fails that this store remains filthy. I dont think I’ve seen it sparkly clean in so long. Not sure if it’s due to the local high school, but seems like a bunch of teens get hired. You can usually tell by the lack of work ethic and the need to be glued to their phone every 10 minutes. I have observed they have the time to work a bit harder and instead they are on their phones & talking amongst themselves in a huddle. Later in the day is worse because you get what looks like people who came on their day off and just went behind the counter. I’ve gone in a few times to no one being in the store and greeting me. I often feel like I am not wanted or a hindrance to be waited on, I miss the old store atmosphere, where you could walk in and hang out and be waited on properly. I’ve known Starbucks to wear those green aprons proudly, but here unfortunately it takes the fun out of the whole experience. I dont think the manager cares because it continues and had continued to be this way for too long. If I were to give advice it would be to make that extra trip to the other locations or McDonald because this store will burn itself to the ground with the...

Their customer service sucks. I ordered 1 PSL and 2 of Pumpkin spice Cold brew at the drive way. Not sure if the register guy heard me right or what. They gave me 2 of black ice coffees and I told them it was the PsCold brew, the register guy was nice said oh ok. So the other worker was like, YOU WANTED THE PUMPKIN SPICE CREAM COLD BREW??.. i said.. Yes that one please! And the worker gave me an attitude with a disrespectful tone, and said " you should've said that before?" And I realize how rude he was when he told me that and he gave me the cold brews and said, " sorry if that came off rude I'm sorry? And I told him yes that was really rude of him and he shouldn't talk to his customers like that, and I understand if there busy but don't disrespect your customers like that? And I told him don't talk to me like that. It's not ok to talk to customers like this, as we pay for our drinks, it is disrespectful. I won't be coming here anymore. I don't know what kind of ppl they hire now. The guy who disrespected me had Glasses and a white male...

This place and staff are great but watch out for this intensely creepy dude who tries to corner the young women who come into study from the local college. He approaches them, and tries to get them to sit by him as he monopolizes the only table near outlets and is here for hours almost every evening almost until close. He dresses like this, hiding his identity, in spite of it being nearly 100 degrees outside most days so his presence is really concerning. Even after multiple complaints and the staff admitting he really harasses and creeps them out, too, they claim there’s nothing they can do about him. Not sure why he feels the need to be such a nuisance but I think it’s important to warn people and hopefully nothing terrible ever happens. I steer clear of this location now since I saw him watching me intently when I was parking and I had to wonder if he was recording my vehicle information or something to follow me later. Not taking any risks....
